I used this salon for my wedding. The manager quoted me at $65 for the price. I came into the store to confirm my appointment - she had the appointment down incorrect in the book. So I watched her fix it. Come the week of my wedding and I call to confirm - again, my appointment was incorrect. Moved again. Thankfully I could make it at the time they could take me. Then after I got my hair done the price was $50 over the original $65 quote. The stylist was nice, I liked my hair - but I cannot deal with the lies and disorganization of this salon. Do not use this place! Very disappointed and sick of being yelled at by the manager.

I have been going to Hair Flair since I moved to Springfield VA from New York in 2007. This is a great salon and the stylists are excellent. It also has a very relaxing atmosphere, unlike some salons I have been to in this this area. Also, the salon is always clean and pleasantly decorated.

Great service - they were willing to fit me in last minute and I still received the best service when I arrived close to closing due to a family emergency. I have been going to Tan for years and drive 20 minutes out of the way to go see her.
