They attempt to accommodate, however, there is one African who runs the show.... she is loud.... unprofessional... and rude. They do try to be professional but the service and the time spent in the salon takes FOREVER. They also treat you like s**t if you have thick hair... and talk about you in their language which is RUDE! so I guess if you have short 4c hair and are African you may have a better experience. Never going back!
