First time customer and was extremely excited with how my hair turned out, until about four weeks later when I realized I had new growth that was a different texture than the rest of my hair. Ive been natural for 6 years, never had an issue with my blowouts and make sure that I tip well due to having very coarse hair. I heard great reviews about this location and now I am considering doing ANOTHER big chop to remove the chemicals and damage they caused.
