I dropped my 2008 Range Rover HSE Sport off at 8am to have all 4 brake pads replaced and oil/filter change. I had suggested that my disc rotors be resurfaced (which would have costed a little more), but Service Advisor Isaias actually suggested that it shouldnt be necessary however once they got my SUV in he would take a look. Isaias called for me a rental as I had just relocated from Arizona for a new job and do not know the area well yet. The Enterprise woman was there to pick me up within 10 minutes and I was on my way to work. I had received a call from Isaias within an hour of dropping my SUV off and was provided with a FULL DETAILED estimate/recommendation of work that was needed in order to make my job complete, and right. Having been a "Shade Tree" mechanic myself as a hobby for over 15 years while on active duty (U.S. Navy Chief, Ret.) building & racing cars, I KNOW auto mechanical engineering and EVERYTHING he had suggested was SPOT ON. You wont find a more courteous, friendly, FAST (my Range Rover being European and requiring special parts was finished and ready the SAME DAY at 4PM!), with excellent service than what I had experienced at this location. Isaias took the time to answer any and all of my questions both while dropping off & picking up. Having been given a heads up that I should look to change out my tires within the next month or so, instead of trying to say that I needed tires right then just to make a sale...THATS the kind of place where you should go for the services they provide. So I told him that Tires Plus (Store# 240646) in Stafford would be seeing me again next month in order to discuss tires as I am most definitely taking my business back to them. Note: BEST PRICE I FOUND! Dealer wanted $900.00 for JUST BRAKES (not including oil change & resurfacing the rotors), Tire Plus performed the same work, with OEM parts...PLUS THE EXTRAS! For a total of $574.00! (another place I called wanted $750.00, again just for brakes). 5 stars all the way. Thank you guys! Jason

Just got four new tires from Tires Plus. We got a screw in our front tire and decided to just go ahead and replace them all. The staff was very quick to answer questions and gave us a great deal that we didnt feel iffy going with. We dropped our car off at 11 and by one they were done and ready to be picked up. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. Their stars absolutely speak for themselves. Save yourself some frustrating experiences and just check this place out! =)

I have been going here for all my vehicles for 12 years. They are honest and ethical, and Tony (Mgr), goes the extra mile for his customers! In fact, he personally changed my oil when they got a little behind. Go in and find out for yourself!

If they dont have your tire size theyll order & have them there that day or the next morning. Theyll check alignment with the tire install free!!
