Damaged my top in shipment, Be cautious they make you sign for your box before they bring it out to you and than claim that you signed it was in good shape because of the small print on the BOL. Than even 3 hours later if you call they say well you signed for it and that is too bad. The damaged was i the thousands and they just refuse to respond and when they do it is the same issue. Their policy of sign than deliver is deliberately designed to eliminate claims. They tell you they wont get it until you sign , REFUSE to sign until they present you with the items. If they make you sign before they bring it out write damaged next to your signature and take a picture of it with your phone!

Scheduling system needs updating. They ask you for a date and timeframe that works for you then say the computer generates the timeframe based on your zipcode. Whats the point of asking me my preference???!!!
