to be honest I dont think they deserve one star! I ordered a tv from fingerhut and Pilot was suppose to deliver it but they broke the tv while it was in their care. So fingerhut send me another one and I called Pilot and told them to call me when they were going to deliver my tv. they didnt call my phone and because of that I missed my delivery. when I called Pilot to see when my Tv was going to get delivered they said someone had already came out, then I asked them why didnt no one call me they said they didnt have my number on file! Very disappointed Now i have to drive to Raleigh to pick up my TV. This is why I rather deal with UPS, FedEx or USPS.

I ordered a power wheels for a birthday gift from Walmart. They called and said they delivered it already to the wrong address and didnt know when they could get it back. Apparently the person who had my package wasnt home. The reps from the delivery service were unfriendly and not willing to help get the package to me sooner.

They do not do their job. I was waiting for them to call me to schedule the delivery. They never called so I reached out to them. Only for them to tell me that they were waiting for me to call.

I ordered a tv. My television has been sitting about 35 minutes from my house going on six days. The delivery time sucks. People that use this company must be desperate
