I have to echo Alyssa’s review. I have run into the EXACT same problem with this company. Why can’t they deliver on time??? Well, I asked and here was the reason: "Everyone wants to use YRC for their shipment needs so the Pittsburgh terminal is so very very behind that we can’t keep up with deliveries". Great for YRC, bad for us small business owners that lose customers over missed delivery dates. If you are required to use YRC, I would highly recommend you have an extra week budgeted in your schedule for your order to sit at the terminal.

As a small business, we need to have confidence that our suppliers can get raw material to our production studio reliably, so that we can then fill orders. We have never had a positive experience with YRC. They never arrive when "scheduled " , they only occasionally call ahead to let you know theyre coming, and if you have a problem the terminal managers voicemail is (in)conveniently full. This time we paid our vendor extra for "guaranteed " delivery today and it seems our pallet never even left the terminal today. Guaranteed to disappoint!

Customer service is non-existent. We can never seem to get a delivery on time.
