brought in a large glass picture--double boxed- outside box needed peanut padding which they did for me. --they stuffed it increasing girth size by 8 inches- when see measured it she eyed down the box and charged me for 13 girth measurment instead of the 5 it was before they jammed it full of the peanuts--they weighed it --52 pounds total. -price to ship to central u.s. was 120.00 plus change. i declined and took the same parcel over the bridge to a beach packing buisness that also deals with ups. they weighed it in front of me- unlike the first place this was visable. to my surprise it weighed 29 pounds ! 22 pounds less then the ups store. also they only charged me 85.00 to ship ! a savings of 35.00.-- dont get duped by the ups store in vero off 21 st and 6th. check around!

Well I think they do the UPS stuff pretty well but I went in today on a Saturday to get something printed and notarized and the assistant manager was busy and a bit rude I thought and then I sent them a legal document to print and they printed in letter size which was okay they offered to do it again but they should have done it right the first time and then I came here because I needed to get it notarized and they advertise that they have a notary but there was no notary on duty on Saturday. I have come here a number of times and theyve done UPS shipping very well and most of the people are reasonably nice

Was just in the store, there was a man doing a notary and was being rude . The Notary was very calm and completed the task. I use this store a lot and the staff is always pleasant. I just saw another poor review about the owner. Ive been using this store for 20 yrs. The owner does not yell at customers, He does have hearing loss so he speaks a little louder but hes not yelling. I dont know how they put up with all the unpleasant people they come in contact with but they give excellent customer service.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars by Charles 10/19/2009 Do NOT use this UPS store UNLESS you demand the highest grade of service from knowledgeable employees with customer first attitudes. Truly upbeat. Ben Saltz has done an incredible job of building a business that actually servies the customer first. Ive used Bens UPS store for over a year now from a business and personal standpoint and find him to be 110% in satisfaction. Youll like Ben, his daughter, and his other employees - they are the best.

I was just in the store. This place is great. the staff is wonderful. There was a lady in the store who started to complain about the prices. she said she could get free boxes at the post office. The owner just told her he did not give away boxes he was in business to make money because his employees dont work for free. The other customers just laughed at her as she left the store. I will continue to use this store because they always give great customer service.

The owner of this place is a hot head! I went in there to get a document notarized. I suggested using my pen because it shows up darker on the document. The guy yelled in my face that he was going to use his own pen! Lol! I couldnt believe it. All the kids he has working for him are cool but hes a joke. Last time I go there, horrible customer service.
