STAY AWAY!!! Mailed a priority package to a coworker with books he needed for training. I dropped off the books along with other items inside for the Shipping Depot to package and mail. When the package arrived the books were not in the box but the other small items were. The shipping depot blamed the post office and the post office said they did not open the package (there would have been a notice on the box, which there was not). The Shipping Depot refuses to help me and will not return my calls or get involved and they will not reimburse me for the books. The books had a certification inside each one and now they are no where to be found. I contact the post office and filed a theft complaint...just want everyone to beware of The Shipping Depots business practices.

Nothing but pure blessings. I have used them since they first opened. I have 5 kids and the staff is more than helpful to make my life less stressful. I recommend Shipping Depot to everyone because i know they are simply the best at a fair price.
