The UPS store manager is extremely arrogant and adamant. I forgot my drivers license home and left on a trip. I called the UPS store (on a Monday) where the rep. gave me assurance that they could send me the package by Friday of the same week. I told him my friend is on the way there and gave him the address to help him send the package to me by Friday (since I was to leave the place on Saturday). Now, my friend reaches the store with the package and they send the package to my address. I track the number and find it to reach a week later after having clearly mentioned that it has to reach on the same Friday. On speaking with the manager, he kept arguing and blaming that my friend was responsible for the mistake since he signed twice on some crap paperwork. Now, the whole point is yes my friend should have been cautious but since he was right outside the store when I told him that I just spoke to the store guys and they would help you figure out a way to send it by Friday, he did not bother but just paid the price he was suggested. The store rep even told my friend that he just received my call and would take care of it. The argument of the manager for saving his money is that we should have known that $12.48 is the cheapest and slowest way of sending a package. Can you believe it ? A drivers license could be sent with 42c stamp and would reach the same date through USPS. But, the store manager expects you to know that this is the cheapest way to send a package. I still accept that it could have been completely my friends error, but the extremely adamant store manager is not even willing to accept that it would have been a misunderstanding with the representative who screwed me over leaving me without a drivers license. On top of that, he expects me to pay more money over the phone to get the package back to Melbourne. I am done and frustrated with their business strategies and I promise to never do any business with this store or UPS ever again. Go ahead to this UPS store if you can expect nothing to go wrong and be extremely cautious when you are signing something and make sure you tell them again n again what you need. Or else, just walk over to USPS. They are miles better than these good for nothing customer service freaks....

I had to shipped two of the same items. The first one I shipped at the UPS store in Melbourne. I paid for shipping on my own account then I had the store pack it for me. I did the same thing for the second item but I used this palm bay store to pack it. There was no difference but this store charge almost double. I will not be go here again

The UPS store here is the no1 place to go to have packages shipped and the people who work there are very helpful to. I highly recommend if are looking to have a po box and not deal with the surly employees of the USPS. The UPS store is better in service and "Friendliness" the the USPS

One of the worst in the country. Untrained slow start. Often decline shipments due lack of knowledge of basic rules. Save yourself the aggravation and drive a few miles to another store.
