Hands off this company. Unfortunately one of the black sheep on the market. I shipped 5 boxes from Miami to London. Booking and dropping the boxes was perfectly fine. I asked them to ship the boxes in time for arrival end of June. End of June i called in to ask about a status, it turned out the boxes were still not on a vessel! I was very upset, but mistakes happen. I asked if they would reimburse the costs i was facing to buy some clothes etc.. Thats where it started to go down the river. First they didnt even admit their mistake, 2nd my request for reimbursement was simply ignored. After my boxes finally arrived three weeks later, it turned out that I had to pay additional $500 for the landing agent in London. Would be OK for me if they would have not lied in my face as i asked if there would be any more charges in London! Unbelievable. $450 turned in to $1300 at the end!! I had no choice than do a charge back on my credit card. Hands off people, dont use this company.

I placed a container and hoping I will have a customer but I didnot then I contacted one of the representative of the container shipping llc .the person told me to write a letter to explain the reason why I am going to cancel the order .I did and I talk to somebody on a phone last week .still I didnt have a refund on my account and today I call again they put me on hold twice and later I spoke to somebody about the reason why I want to cancel .he told me that he doesnt care if I dont have a customer to ship the container in senegal.and He is not giving me any refund .this is a worse customer service I have ever experience once again to anyone out there who is going to start business be careful and do not go to this company .

Container Shipping, LLC is the best company if you need to send something out internationally!!! They have a very knowledgeable and amazing staff. If you have anything that you would like to send out international, they are the greatest company to help you with all of your needs and wants. Everyone working in this company is very amazing and very willing to assess all of your needs. I used this company to send out things internationally and everything worked very well and Im very happy that I got to use this company. Anyone who needs to ship packages internationally, use only this company because they are truly the best!!!!!!!

Get away this company ruined our deadline, lied, overcharged and is the only company on the face of the planet I would such a negative review of. RUN is right. They do not speak English, they do not email with proper English and they do not return any calls or emails in a timely manner. They will string you along forever. Our delivery took around TWO WEEKS (they said 3-5 days and were aware this order was time sensitive) to arrive and missed our deadline. They should not even get a star they should get a billboard outside of their office that says RUN AWAY. do not use them.

This is an update to a previous review on container shipping. My container arrived in Jamaica on time with no problem. They delivered as promise. Thanks to the folks at container shipping for your professionalism. You deserved 5 Stars. I will definitely recommend them to anyoneyou wants to ship. I just shipped a 20 ft container with this company. Still at sea so I will submit a follow up review. Customer Service have been great so far all my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Whenever I call i didnt have to wait long.

Had to place a review have been searching for a company that is fast efficient and prompt. I have found it i am in the Cayman Islands which most people know its hard and very expensive to get things here that is fast and at a reasonable rate to our Tax haven. Well This is it i need not to look any further i received my goods on time and at a reasonable rate, i rate this shipping company as a five star because my items arrived ontime and was undamaged.
