They are a rip off,i was sending new clothes to my family in Nagua and they wanted to charge me 5$,for each piece of clothes that was in the box and on top of that they wanted to charge 400$,the fat old lady at the location on Oakridge is very rude,she needs some serious Public relationship skills,I made a complaint to better business bureau on them,they go inside your box and search up all of your things also,i will never recommend them to anyone and I will never use them

Have sent several containers to DR and the results have been excellent. Seven to ten days to Santiago and the charges compared to other enterprises are low. The staff at the warehouse location has been courteous and helpful.
