We ordered wine online, but because my husband and I both work, we arranged to pick the package up here so we could sign for it after work. I was told this was a typical procedure. I called ahead the same day, as they requested, and they told me what time to be there. I arrived on time, but the customer service doors were locked. I called again, and I was told that I had to use a service entry because those doors lock at a specific time. Once inside, there were employees everywhere, but no one acknowledged my presence. There were no signs telling me where to go. I asked someone and found the table but had to wait five minutes for someone to come get my information. They had known I was coming, and I was told this was a standard procedure. I gave three stars because they allow convenient pickup for people who work, but I couldnt give them more because their in-person customer service was sub-par.

Horrible service. I was schedule for the delivery of a package between 12:30 and 4:30pm (email confirmation) that was to be signed for. The package never came during the designated time. Called customer service and they said I was never guaranteed that window and I was wrong. Last time they delivered a package my email confirmation said I received it and there was no package st my home. Contacted customer service and they assured me the package was delivered and I didnt look hard enough. Later found out that they delivered it to my neighbor. They said to make up for it I would be the first stop The next morning, and I definitely was not. When I still did not have my package at 3pm I called customer service again. The woman was quite rude and would not help.

I have a camera on my front porch. Drive new even knocked. Just dropped the package and left. That same camera caught a neighbor kid taking that same package which could have been prevented if the drive would have take 1 min to knock so i knew the package was there.

Attempted to ship a package on weekday midday... closed from 11am-3pm...oddly large chunk of time to not be open, luckily the one in Massillon was open and ready to help.

Really friendly. For some reason, the package i ordered needed to be signed for but i was at work. They let me pick it up after work at this store

Its a busy place sometimes! The staff has ALWAYS been friendly to me...just know that they have odd hours before ya head out the door.
