82 reviews 1.0 star rating 6/2/2016 I would rate as NO STARS. My delivery item should have been more than one person man power. Considering the size of box and it was a wooden table aprox 400lbs or more. This poor man struggled to even just get the time out of his truck. I did not receive the 1/2 call to advise me they were n there way. Instead they called telling me the box did not fit through my front porch. AND that there were 2 cars blocking my drive way. The box was left palatalized on my drive way. It was raining and impossible for any normal 1 person to bring in let alone bring in the home. Would I have known they would just leave it for rain or theft I would have denied the delivery. Communication between dispatch and driver is lacking. The driver just wanted the item out of his truck not caring on my request. OR conversation I had with his office. I hope the item is not broken or damaged once I open it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. -5 stars if I could. I usually dont review anything, but this is the worst company that I have seen. Wal-Mart ships with them for some online orders and I wont ever buy online from them again. I chose a delivery date and got a confirmation email from them and even took a day off work to make sure I would be there to receive the item, as it weighs 150+ lbs. 2 hours left in the delivery time and I receive a phone call telling me to schedule the delivery. I call and they tell me that I have to reschedule the delivery, which is not possible for me as I work Mon-Fri during their scheduled delivery times and they dont deliver on weekends. I was told I could come get it but dont have a vehicle that can fit the box in.

Worst delivery company in south Florida , the manager ( ANTONIO MIAMI) and customer service personal are not GOOD.. I report the service to Walmart and they say there is nothing they could do about it... last time i buy on line from them, this company live your merchandise on street and they dont care they said Walmart dont pay them to put the 205lb box in the side of the house behind the fence door...

I dont want even give them a star. This is the worst ever delivery company Ive ever seen. Dont know why they still exists. A home lelivery from Miami to Miami (yes, local shipping) took them more than 10 days! Waiting for pick up for a week and then took several communication calls and days to schedule the delivery and do the delivery. Dont use their service.

Horrible service!! Cant believe Walmart would let them ruin the Walmart name as their delivery company! This company emailed me a delivery time and date and never showed up! Im still waiting almost 3 weeks after purchase for delivery of my recliner. Never again would I order anything if I see their name as the delivering company.
