I rushed to get off work so I could make it before the 6:30pm closing time. I arrived at 6:20pm anf the door was locked. All I needed to do was drop a package off that already had postage paid. No transactions or customer service required, I JUST NEEDED TO DROP A PACKAGE OFF. Instead, the woman at the desk looked over at me with a disapproving face and immediately turned away ajd pretended I wasnt there. I knocked only to receive no response. It appears this business has no interest in hiring employees that want to actually do their jobs. Ill never come back to this store unless that useless employee is fired. I just wish she had beeb closer for me to read her name tag. What a waste of life. Oh, and a waste of my time and effort.

Large woman Vanessa was extremely rude, seemed upset that she had to stop eating to provide me customer service. I know snickers are good, but she still has to have a job to pay for them. She was extremely rude while we were trying to mail a package and consistently attempted to overcharge. When we asked about the post office she said screw the post office theres no guarantee they could ever get a package where it needed to be on time. We decided to leave and went to the post office, got a same two day service guarantee and it was $27 cheaper and arrived on time...

Needed a document notarized and called the store and was told, yes, come on over and theyd be happy to do that for me. I went right over, and was promptly attended to by a woman named Cindy, who kindly notarized my document and was very pleasant and kind. I love the cards at this store too...so had to do some shopping while I was there. Nice to have a pleasant place so close to where I live. Thank you.

Ladies who work there are always unwelcoming when I come by. They dont welcome me in, are dead silent while Im in the store, and are rude when I have questions. The location is convenient for me but unfortunately its just uncomfortable being there.
