I will NEVER, EVER buy from ANY business or vendor who uses FedEx Ground for deliveries!!! One week ago today I ordered something that was scheduled for delivery last Thursday. It has STILL not been delivered!!!! Every. Single. Day. I have been told that it was on the truck for delivery, but NO DELIVERY!!! Today, I was told that their mapping system has our address as having a Suite 1, Suite 2 and Suite 3. We are a FREE STANDING ONE STORY BUILDING!!!! Allegedly, their mapping system was updated which caused this erroneous information about our address. My question is, if they had THREE SUITES listed at the address, WHY did they not try each suite????? Passing the blame, thats all this is!!! I am DONE! Buyers and Senders BEWARE!!!! Use UPS instead!!!!

Specially this location! The ground delivery! I work from 10:00AM to 5:00PM, and I didnt know that my packaged will be shiped by fedex, I thiought by UPS. Anyway , the Fedex driver is so clever to understand that he needs to come earlier than 10:00Am or later than 5:00PM. I called 1-800-GO-FEDEX and I did a change to my delivery address to my work one, but the driver kept going to my apt address!! Then they shipped back my package to where it comes from. UPS is way better they come after 5:00PM also if you change delivery location, they change it directly and you get your package the next day at your new location.

I had a FedEx truck pull into my driveway at home after I had pressure cleaned it. and left deep black rubber tire marks on the driveway. I watched him make a delivery next door, then use my driveway, after 6 phone calls, 1 to upper mgt, and being told every time someone would call, it never, never happened. FedEx just disappears when you complain. I will pressure clean the driveway again, but really FedEx, I just ask for a phone call. Don Hughes
