... I dont even know what to say. Serious lack of communication plus theyre kinda rude. The girl who answers the phones/makes appointments needs to practice her phone and customer service skills. Every time I called, I could hardly hear/understand what she was saying. I even had her on speaker phone turned all the way up and still couldnt understand her mumbling. I asked her a question and she didnt have information on hand so she told me she would call me back. When she did she tried to schedule me on a day that I previously told her wouldnt work, then she sighed really loudly and started getting an attitude with ME like it was such an inconvenience to try to find another day.. Like, really? Ok, millennial. So sorry to make you do your job as an appointment setter.. ? I wouldnt have written this review had it not been for her attitude. In my 10-15 years of customer service and appointment setting, it didnt matter how annoyed I was with a customer or how much of a **REAL** inconvenience they were being, I would never cop an attitude with them or dare to let them hear it in my voice. So she started mumbling something again and NEVER suggested another date (???) and then just ended the very awkward conversation mumbling and hung up. So I was like, "ok, I have no idea what just happened, I have no idea of I have an appointment or not" and just brushed the whole thing off and went with someone else. Fast forward 2 weeks later I get a phone call to confirm my appointment from the mumbling girl and I told her that no, I cant make it/not interested anymore. Very awkward. I THOUGHT that was the end of it, but I just got a snotty voicemail from who I assume is the person who does the service, asking if I was coming or not. I thought about calling back to explain that I did, in fact, tell them I wasnt planning on making my appointment I knew nothing about, but I decided against it. Dealing with them just breeds confusion.

Let me start off by saying it has been a few years since Ive been to get a massage at Remidies. Back when I did go more frequently, there was a wonderful masseuse named Carmen. When I scheduled my appointment I had found out that she was no longer at this facility but I was informed that my experience would be no different. I have never been so happy to say that statement had been wrong. Jesse was amazingly sweet and superb at her job. For a whole hour this young lady melted all my tension away. I appreciated the fact that before hand not only did she ask if I had any spots that needed more time, but she also asked if I had any spots that she needed to know to advoid. I felt that was a nice touch to anyone that may have an injury that needs to heal. After 60 minutes of relaxation I really did feel like a complete noodle. I absolutely recommend Jesse for anyone looking to be pampered. Thank you, Remides for unwavering superb service.

I didn't like the spa. I went for a simple manicure because my manis at home don't last very long. So I decided to see a professional to see if they would anything to make it last longer. The cost was $25 dollars where if I went to a regular nail salon it would have only been $10. I went anyway because they carry OPI nail polish and most shops don't and it's hard finding a big selection of OPI in stores. So I paid the $25 and the manicure only last about 2 days before cracking really bad. I dont mind paying for a good job but theyre too expensive for poor work. I will not return to their shop!

Staff is not very personable. I wasnt offered a drink right away.. were talking salon experience here.. I expect to get something right away not half way through the appt. The stylist, while I appreciate her being careful was not very confident either. I like walking and and having the person KNOW what will look good and make recommendations for me. It was just too expensive for the service I got.. and I dont mind paying if its worth it. I wont go back.

I highly recommend Kim for any massages, esp. if you like heavy hands. I did have one hair stylist that I would agree with a previous comment who lacked confidence and I wouldnt recommend. Maybe the others are better.

Got my hair permed for the first time & they did an AMAZING job! Gig was great and I love what she did to my hair. I couldnt be happier with it :)
