Very rude person and I felt really uncomfortable after she keeps laughing and telling her what I am looking for. I am not racist because I am half Asian but this woman and her co worker or I thinks its a family business made me feel so out of place specially being new in the area. I walk in made appointment and they look at me like Im in a wrong place. Oh wait they keep laughing and telling me she doesnt think she can help me at all and there is five people in the salon doing nothing and the place is empty. She keep laughing and finally said "sorry Im bit comfortable to help you out".....really all I did and I swear on my life and my mom is with me we just look at each other after she inform me that. Did I just got refuse to get my hair done just because for no reason.

Im impressed! This is a very nice and friendly barber shop. Denise gives really good layer cuts. My only complaint is their lunch smell - maybe its just today, somebody had cooked curry during my wait. Once you get your hair process started though, this is such a minor issue that you would forget about it in a heartbeat. Will go back for sure.

I was relatively new to Twist when I walked in. The one lady who cut my hair is extremely nice and definitely knew her business. I would recommend this to anyone although I would make sure your particular about how you want your hair cut. Step-by-step would probably be for the best.

Yesterday I got haircut, I had very long they cut it very short and I really dont see any changes, that to one side hair is long and other side it is shot. I really dont wanna go their again..

They are great! Price is right and they do what I ask! My two young sons get the exact cut that they want and so do I. Great cut at a great price.
