I have been a customer here for at least two years now. Because I struggle with biting my nails, I always get the gel or acrylic nail service. My technician Nikki is wonderful at applying tips and she is always courteous when I ruin my nails as a result of biting. Most times when I return, I am missing at least one nail or I broke a couple and Nikki is always very patient and gentle in removing them. She takes extra steps to protect and strengthen my real nails, knowing they are fragile and damaged. Regardless of what nail service you get, I notice all of the staff massage your hands and arms at the end. Nikki also waxes my eyebrows and she does a great job - always very gentle, never waxes or plucks too much and I always love the shape afterwards. The owner Nene has also done my nails and waxing before and she is also very good. I asked both Nikki and Nene not to use baby oil on my face after eyebrow waxings because it causes my skin to break out. They were both very appreciative of me asking and they always tell me to let them know if there is anything I would like them to do differently for me. The staff is very friendly, always greeting you as soon as you walk in and wishing you a good day when you leave. They strive to provide the best customer service. Nikki and Nene are both so sweet and kind every time I am there. I know this is a lengthy review, but I go to this salon literally every two weeks, sometimes more frequently if I ruin my nails, and they are absolutely wonderful!

I started going here earlier this year and they said they were the new owners who took over the place. I have been going back since and have been very pleased. I never have a problem with my nails chipping after I get manicures which is a problem with many other salons. I have been happy with my pedicures and waxing as well. I have only done pedicure, manicure, and eye brown waxing here. The owner really wants to provide good service and make customers happy. I have never had to redo my nails the next day (yes this has happened with other salons). The only time I may have to reapply is if it has been a couple weeks or if I really hit my nail against something. They use good quality products. It also does not smell of the bad odors other nail salons do. Its spacious and well ventilated. The place is always clean. They have a great selection of nail polish, too.

I went there randomly with my daughter and our first experience was alright. Well, I just had gel nails done (by the owner) on Friday, 7/25/14 and they are already peeling!! I am extremely upset by this (b/c this has NEVER happened before) so I called them up, demanding a full refund and asked them to redo them all over again. We shall see how that goes. Furthermore, I do feel that the majority of them rush to get you in and out and only a couple of the nail technicians truly take their time. The owner was the one who did my nails and I think she completely overcharges her clients! I will be heading back to my original spot, Nail Trix and Spa!!

Ive been there 3 times, but the the last time I had the worst experience. First of all when you get inside they barely say hi and you have to rush to choose the nail polish color or they get mad at you. Even before started my manicure the technician asked me if I was going to give her a tip $$$!! Even though she did a bad job and cut off too much my cuticles and it was bleeding, I felt like obliged to tell her that Yes I was going to give her a tip! Everything is about money, they dont have any consideration about the client. Luckily I found a better place to go pretty close to them.

Charged my card three times and had to go back there three times to try and get it refunded. The people that work there are rude when you walk in and every person works there asks you what you service you want. I dont see why its necessary to answer the question out loud four times. WIll never go there again --- these people have NO idea what service means and you know salons like this are a dime a dozen. my recommendation: choose any of the other seven nail salons just a mile or two down the road!

Bad service, too much chating (in their own language) not paying attention to the service providing. I had a bad experience, the lady went through my pedicure fast, nothing was done right, then she proceeded to my manicure messing up my nails, I had to file them myself after she put the nail polish... there are great places with customer service oriented individuals out there, this is not one of them.

This place is awful! The lady couldnt even do a decent pedicure. I could have done this myself for free. I basically paid to get my toes polished. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it, needless to say it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. She scrubbed my feet and cut my foot which is very painful btw but theyre still very rough. Ill never go back here again!

I showed the guy my design before he even started assuming he could do it. When he finished my gel manicure i was told what i wanted couldnt be done. The One person who could do it was booked not a problem. I couldnt come back because i have a baby at home which i told the owner. I asked for a refund for my manicure and was denied. The owner turned her back on me. Not a good business

i have been there couple month befor, and i had very very great service , there is new owned and they knew what their doing? very clean salon i ever seen befor. i had came back there couple time lately and every thing still prefect for me . I WOULD RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE WHOM WOULD LIKE TO GET THEIR NAILS DONE. ps: greater things every one will have 10% off of any service .

I have been here 3 times now and the service is alright, but my gel manicure started peeling 2 days after I got it done. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a long lasting gel manicure. More so, I have had my toes done here twice, and every time it has smudged, even after allowing them to dry for 30 minutes - too many coats!

I love it here. They remember your name, take care of you, and if for some reason you are not happy with what has been done, they respond immediately. If you pay in cash, they give you a 5% discount on the price, which is nice. Nancy is the best and we always make our appointments with her.

Horrible experience i just left and the lady who did my pedicure didnt remove any dead skin off my feet and my Polish is horrible! Never again my feet look the same i just basically paid for 40 dollars for Polish! The worst 1st and last experience ever!!
