Mason & Friends is a well established business with great employees. I have been going there for eight years and never had a bad experience. While I have not seen all of the stylists, Rebecca is my favorite, although it can be difficult to get an appointment with her so ask the receptionist to recommend someone else if you need service on short notice. Masons has high standards, so you can feel comfortable seeing anyone there. As far as skin, mine is super sensitive and Paula is a skin care guru! I did a series of facials with her leading up to my wedding and my skin looked amazing! She is also great for waxes. Great service, knowledgeable staff and fair prices!

Ive been coming here for years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Greer does a fantastic job and is always friendly, on time, and works quickly. Id highly recommend booking an appointment with her if youre a guy who wants something both faster and better-looking than what youd get at one of those walk-in haircut places. (Im sure she does fantastic womens cuts too, but can only speak from experience on the mens side!)

Had a Living Social voucher that was told the expiration date was extended to March 31, 2013. When I called this week, they said it was only extended until February 28 and would not make a concession that I was told March 31. Poor customer service in my opinion. Basically calling me a liar. Compared to other places prices are high. $71 for a swedish massage. I can get a deep tissue for less then that.

Tuende is AMAZING. Everywhere I go, people ask me where I get my hair done. For years, I havent felt any loyalty to any hair dresser. Honestly, she is the first and only person I have continually visited for about 2 years. Shes direct and honest - and she will tell you if the hairstyle will or will not work for you. Its one of the hardest qualities to find in a hair stylist.

It is expensive and horrible, you can get a better hair cut at much lower prices and much better customer service. My stylist Patti, sat there reading a book while i was waiting with my children and i was on time for my appointment, she made me sit for 15 minutes. No apologies, very rude and did a horrible job with my hair. The salon is like a warehouse and is not relaxing at all.

The place is clean and huge, which makes you feel less cramped (unlike some other salons.) Even though it is a big space, the attention the stylists give you is still one on one and feels personal. I have always walked out feeling like a queen. Awesome!

I was a customer at the salon for over 10 years. I had to move out of state and this is the place in Columbia I miss the most. Cant say enough good things about it. Rita, Patty, Dana, Debbie and Pam, all great. Miss you guys.
