I visited this location a few days prior their grand opening. I was greeted at the door but the lovely ladies who was there proceeded to their huddle. A lovely employee (too bad I didnt catch her name!) then came and approach me as I hunt for a particular perfume and gave me suggestions. Shes indeed very helpful and friendly. I checked out then later came back 10 seconds after to the same girl who rang me up since she double charged me on an item. Another girl behind the counter insisted I fall back in line! Uhhh. RIDICULOUS! When I finally got attended by the same girl who double charged me, she mumbled "How did that happen?!!" then went through the receipt for a minute making it look like it was my fault and that I did something bizarre. No eye contact as she "apologize" for the inconvenience. Id rather drive ALL the way to Annapolis on my next visit or best yet, just order things online.

Really glad ULTA is on the West side of Baltimore Co. Its one of my favorite places to shop for beauty products. The store was well stocked and organized, the staff was sparse, no one really greeted me upon entering the store, but the cashier was very friendly, really nice girl with great customer service. Im rating 4 starts for location, how well they were organized, and the friendliness of the cashier. Id definitely go back again because its closer than the one in Columbia and to see if the staff is any different.

I went in today around noon to visit the brow bar. This was going to be my first visit and I was extremely excited! Ive heard it was the best. Sadly upon arrival, I was notified that no one was there to do eyebrows. Its too bad, it really looked like a nice place to get my eyebrows done. I usually get them threaded but I was tired of the pain associated with it. I guess this was a sign to continue to get my eyesbrows threaded. I will end on a good note and say everyone was very nice and the store was clean!

The staff was very friendly and willing to help. But... I was a bit annoyed that when I went to checkout with my 20% off coupon the cashier used it towards the $4 ($.80 off) chapstick instead of the $20 lip gloss! Will definitely check my receipt next time

Will never shop at this location AGAIN. I asked for a product and the young ladies acted as if they didnt want to look for it....and the cashier was very RUDE. I will travel on the opposite side of town to shop at this store again.
