DO NOT USE THIS SPA/SALON!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! My fiancé got Groupon deal of $45 for a 60 minute massage for each of us to help with our stress from our wedding. Amazing gesture on his part, but we should have picked any other spa for this service. This spa is very unprofessional. It took leaps and bounds to try to set an appointment. We called the place Friday evening at 7:30 (they close at 9) and received no answer. I then looked up reviews for the spa and became highly concerned as they are predominately negative, but Im an optimist who always gives a business a chance. I called Saturday afternoon multiple times. The first call received a busy signal, at least I knew there was someone available. The second call, a lady answered and I indicated I wanted to schedule time for my fiancé and I to get massages. She asked when I would like to come in and I asked if there were any openings for the day. She put me on hold to check the appointment book. I was on hold for 15 minutes. While I was on hold I called multiple times from my fiancés phone and received no answer. After 15 minutes of being on hold, someone came back to the phone and hung up on me. We ended up having to physically go to the salon to set an appointment. Upon arrival, the receptionist was pretty rude when we mentioned we had been on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. We were trying to schedule the appointment and it took 2 seconds for her to tell me they had been booked for weeks for the weekends but there was an opening the following Saturday. Im not sure why we had to physically come to the location to get any feedback. I was an emotional wreck because I thought I was stuck doing business with a place that has zero regard for its customers. I was so relieved after we left and my fiancé discovered we could return our Groupon purchase since we hadnt opened the voucher. So lucky to have escaped that nightmare. I should have known from the reviews as my experience is not unique. This spa is consistently unprofessional, dont just take my review for it, look at the others. If you are seeking spa services, please go elsewhere, its a goose-chase just to schedule an appointment so you cant trust that things will go well after setting an appointment.

Please Do Not Go There!!!!!!!!!! This review it to let everyone know on how terrible experience I had with Janna Salon & Spa. Me and my friend came to a Couple Massage which was paid in advance from my behalf. First when we came we found out that this place dont have a couple room at all . We paid for a 120 min massage for each one. We had called the Spa and talk to a Lady name Beth we ask if we can come before for a Pedi and Meni, we were advised we can come an hour and helf before the massage appointment, and so we did. Ones got there the place look terrible! The stuff for my Pedicure was so not clean, that I literally just give up on getting it done. After my friend and me finish doing the nails, I went to speak with lady that was responsible for the massage, and She told me that the 2 hours massage that I paid for by full a day before, will not longer be 2 hours it will be hour and half because she have another costumer. I dont understand who is responsible for this place??? Everything that could go wrong just happened. I had to step out side and speake on the phone with the Big Owner on this company Ms Jonna her self. Which start telling me in a diss respected way on how she cannot give my money back for the massage I paid for and never got, do to their terrible, unprofessional, nasty way of treating costumer!!! I mean what a shame!!!!! Jonna you took my money treat your costumer so bad!!! You really need to be ashamed on this!!! This case will not remain quiet!!! You guys are a scam company! If I had the chance to give you no stars at all I would.

This company is a joke. They completely gypped me for my money. First of all my boyfriend bought a groupon for 2 messages! We go to schedule our appointments and it takes 2-3 times for them to actually answer the phone, finally we get an appointment scheduled 2 months away. So it was about 5 days before our scheduled appointment I call to confirm the time of out appointment and it takes me 3 trys again to get an answer. I ask the lady to just check and see what time out appt. was and she asked for my number so she would look it up and call me back. Wait a whole day with no call back so the next day my boyfriend calls and gets no answer I finally call once again and we get it figured out. The night before our appointment I try to call two times to reschedule it because I had to work, yet again no answer. So we called the next day and finally got an answer we asked it we could reschedule out appointment the lady said they messagers werent around she would have them call us back. The next day we revive a call from the owner saying that we had to pay $50 because we didnt call 24 hours ahead of time to cancel out appointments. I told her she can keep my $90 for the messages and Im not paying $50 for anything because this is a bullshit company! Wouldnt reccomend it to anybody! Rude staff and no customer service at all. I think if you want people to put a good word out about your company you give your coustomers a good experience and we didnt recieve that at all.

I absolutely love this European style salon.Staff very skilled and well trained ,very professional.I love this salon because there I could get the best service( I do my nails and hair... and facials ...and massages :)). I had never any problem with this salon( unless you not late for you appointment-- usually they have busy schedule,so better come in time or 5 min early) , my 6 years old daughter like to come with me:) to do her hairstyle, we spending all day long ...:)is very relaxing ,they have a very good massage professionals ,one of them graduated form the most strongest European school in Kiev.( and of course American),but I know that school very well, because by myself graduated Medical School in Kiev.:),so I really do :) We have light and waive long hair which very easy to mist up,every time when I tried to go somewhere else I had bitter sorry about the result and now I think no more experiments:). I would recommend this place to people why understand the quality of service and just want to be beautiful !!! Forgot to say about the nails-- nails Shellack you MUST try it ,excellent result and shine for about 4 weeks and jammy colors . I will be glad if my review will help you , of course everyone is different and maybe expectation is different too ,but that is my experience :))) Spring is here girls!!!

I was lucky enough to schedule a appt. for a massage for my mom on Christmas Eve as her surprise. I am familiar with the area and Ive driven past this "spa" numerous times but have never been inside. Its more salon than spa. The "spa" is two rooms not far from the salon portion and there isnt a lot of space to move around back near the spa area. Very cramped. When we got there, I wasnt initially greeted by a receptionist but by some woman who I assumed worked there, she was skinny with a Russian accent and blonde hair. Anyway, I told her that I am here with my mom for her appt. She says sign in and have a seat. We wait a couple of mins meanwhile the stylists that working on their customers are so loud even when my mom was getting her massage. One of the stylist in particular wouldnt stop talking like she just never stopped talking the whole time I was there and it was 90 min massage lol. The only highlight was that my mom enjoyed her massage a lot which was the point of the appt to have her be relaxed. But they need to work on the spa portion more. I wouldnt suggest it to anyone. The deals are ok but the atmosphere is not. Its just not what it claims to be.
