Usually youll catch big croaker in mid may on this body of water. I went there around mid May 2010 we caught a lot of creaker average 13" and up. Best time would be morning high tide or evening high tide. If youre looking for croakers this is a place to be non-stop action. The boat lauching area is spacious and easy access.

Great staff but if you need fuel, be there before 5pm. Would get 5 stars but I thought a 75% markup in fuel was a bit too much for a marina. 87 on shore was 1.79 in the marina was 2.94.

The view of the river is beautiful here. Has boat ramp with $10 fee and plenty of parking.
