I had been coming to this shop since i was 17 years old, i own w124s. Never had any issues,and they charged normal prices for repairs...but as we all know owning a Mercedes, you got to have some $$$ for even the smallest of repairs ..and i understand Mercedes tends to over price/limite repair literature or discontinue sales of this information..so i try not to be so hard on the mechanics if things are not done correctly or take longer, then if i took my car to the dealer,which will always have the upper hand and charge $$$$$$$$$$

These guys are incredible. This a family owned business that bend over backwards to serve their customers needs. Best Mercedes specialist in the DMV! My car was towed in and they diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. The price was fair and the service was excellent. As long as they are in business, I will never hesitate to buy a used Mercedes.

Poor quality..the owner is knowledgeable..but the same cannot be said of the mechanics hired to work on the shops autos.
