After getting work done at another shop I came into Meineke on the recommendation of Jay and upon inspection of my quotes I was getting charged an arm and and a leg at the other local shop. I own a foreign vehicle and finding a reputable shop to get work done can be difficult but Aaron took care of all the work and been coming back to get all my work done here by him for the last 3 months and have recommended all of my family and friends to start using this shop as well.

Took their time working on my vehicle, at the beginning it seemed jay was very helpful but towards the end of the 2 weeks waiting for my car, Jay started getting rude and only ever called to ask about payment info. Failed to communicate the fact that something happened and it would take even longer for me to get my car, Jeff and Aaron were very friendly and helpful though. Still waiting to get my car.. started 7/5/2017 - hopefully I can get it this week

Jay was very helpful and knowledgeable. Another shop left a tool on my tire rod that could have caused excessive damage. The staff Jay and Joe were great and I recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

Had an appointment at 8am. The shop wasnt even open (the sign and online says it opens at 7:30 am). This location isnt worth going to.

Ladies beware! They will overcharge, make your repairs seem urgent and try to push you to apply for a credit. Dont do it to yourself.
