Dont let the appearance or interior of the office turn you away from the diamond in the rough. In my 10+years doing business with them, Ive learned they are: Honest - They are very authentic with the repairs & communicating that to you. Efficient - They open 7am, get there early they get you out early. Flexible - Price negotiable, repairs they break up in pieces in order of priority to fix what you can afford first. Also pick up times can be moved around. Moon & his team may not speak the best English or answer the phone when you need them but the magic is in their ability to deliver. The womans comment below about servicing 5+ family vehicles, is my sister by the way!

I am 2nd generation moon customer. Most recently, I had my engine mount replaced and my 2006 camry runs like a 2016. Through the years. Ive had tune ups, transmission replaced, Head gasket replaced, oil changes, timing belt, timing chain, HVAC repairs, electrical, rotors turned, brake replacement, exhaust pipe weld/replaced, engine diagnosis, ECM repair/replace, wheel alignments, etc etc. All with no complaints. Prices are reasonable. Estimates and final cost is given before repairs are completed. Next to metro bus route. Lyft and Uber easy access. 10 out of 10.

My family and I have been going to Moons for over 8 years - servicing 5+ of our vehicles and they never fail to get the job done in a timely manner. Excellent service, reasonable, and flexible. I would say if you want to talk to someone go in. You can call and they either wont be able to answer or will answer and forget youre on hold lol so busy; but they will call you as they promise! Highly recommended!

Mr. Moon is a very reasonable person with the rates to match. He is very straight and to the point. I have been bringing cars to him for several years even when he was over by p.g. hospital. He has a crew that does not spend a lot of time chewing the fat. I love Mr. Moons work ethics. They just need a receptionist to answer the phone while they are working. Ill come work for him during the morning hours.

Took my car there to get repaired came to pick my car up car still had the same problem. Took back every week for at least 3 months still had the same problem. decided to take them to court and I won the case. They appealed and lost. Now they dont want to pay the judgment. Before you take your car there check with Prince Georges County Courthouse to see how many lawsuits they have against them.

I have used Moons Autobody and Moons regular Auto and they are both very well ran. Danny is Awesome and if there is ANY issues he is quick to fix it.. Matter of fact I am taking my car this morning to Danny to fix my brakes.. Great Shop, Affordable prices and timely manor.

Good luck with them answering the phone when all youre trying to DJ is check on the status of your vehicle. Also, every time I. Thought my car here they would fix the problem by cause another one weeks later. The only think thats fair here is the price.
