Was hearing a roaring sound coming from the front of my truck and steering was vibrating. Thought I needed new tires so went to Southern Tire and they replaced the tires along with brake pads and roaters. This did not correct the issue with the noise or the vibration so took the truck to the dealership and this is what they found. The left front hub and bearing was making noise, and the right front hub and bearing had play in it. It was also determined that the spring kit missing on the ftpads fell out . then found that the front brake pads were missing half of the clips and the other half were damaged. Front brake pads clips were replaced. This work was completed by the dealership after I thought it was completed by the Southern Tire and paid for. My questions: Why was the play in the hub not found by your team? Was informed by the dealership I could not drive the truck until they fixed it because it was too dangerous. I am requesting a full refund for the brake pads, roaters and labor that was done on my truck.

I got new tires but they were locked on and I didnt have the key because I was unaware of this fact and while they broke them off to change the tires I drove around looking for replacement pieces and they were very rude about I have to be there before close like it was my fault the job was taking so long. Because they were all in such a hurry the lights and everything in the building were off and they all left except one man who finished helping me. they were only able to do two tires in the time it was there and when I called to schedule for the other two they were nasty and refused to schedule me for a Saturday because they only have one man working Saturdays was the excuse. I am a full time student and part time working I dont have the time on weekdays to just sit around waiting for guys who really arent interested in working or doing their job.

I have been taking my vehicle here for regular oil changes as well as purchasing and installing my tires there. Also bring my sons vehicle here. Guys in the front office are always very friendly however not great at recording changes in scheduling. They did mix up a change that I had made in the scheduling of both our vehicles, however they were extremely prompt in attending to both vehicles. That was the only issue I have had in dealing with Southern Tire since 2012. Thanks to all of the employees.

They are very good with fixing a tire, but when I went to get my alignment done, they took over 2 hours to fix mine because of a mechanics negligence! and then proceeded to not give me a straight forward answer! Im still having slight issues with my alignment because Im sure they rushed it to get done but im just so over waiting to get my car fixed that I dont bother on going back. Perhaps, it was a bad day and give them a benefit of doubt, but i am disappointed.
