customer service agent WALLEE (spell check I do not know if this is the correct spelling of his name) IS VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. he was not helpful at all. when I requested for him to spell his name he told me to look it up. when I did not have my claim number he complained how looking up my information using my name would take to long. He also would not put the supervisor on the phone. I have never experienced so much poor customer service. I really do hope someone will speak with him. because he is a TERRIBLE representation of your organization. hopefully the right person sees this and contact me. please get rid of Wallee because he make Progressive look bad. I will never bring my car back to the silver spring location due to his poor customer service

Just picked up my vehicle from repair after it was damaged by someone insured by Progressive. I was nervous to take it there rather than a dealership, but couldnt be more pleased with the service. Drop-off was seamless (even though they were very busy). Picked up my rental which was new and clean. Took 3 days to repair the car and scheduled my pick-up the next morning after they called and said it was ready. The repairs (to my rear bumper and trunk) were seamless - looked brand new. Additionally they did a quick detail on the car and left me a gas card which covered the gas I had used in 3 days! Excellent service.

I call them at 12:13 pm to towed my car, they asked all my information and charged me through my card number. The lady in phone told me the vechile will arrive near at 1pm. Before 1 they send me message telling the vechile will arrive at 2. Then again I received a message saying the vechile will arrive at 3. I called them and the gentleman replied me nobody was coming to help me and he said he had to asked with other company to help me and asked to wait till 4:30 pm. In this cold rainy day in still waiting for the vechile and my car was supposed to be at dealerships before 4pm. Very poor Service.

Its progressive! Friendly and comfortable atmosphere, they have a drink bar and comfy seats and friendly patrons. 4 stars cuz I never see Flo! And the snack offering could be better. Its a coffee drinkers selection imo.
