Big Chair Auto Repair is my new source for all my repair needs! After reading several positive reviews online, I decided to take my car into Big Chair to deal with an enduring brake issue. Having mentally braced myself to spend lots of money and ultimately be left confused with what exactly happened to my brakes, I was delighted when mechanic Simon not only took the time to thoroughly show and explain what was wrong with my brakes, but also haggled with his parts supplier to ensure I was getting the best quality deal on my replacement parts. The work done was timely and professional, and the front office staff was kind and clear as they discussed charges and finished my order. As an Anacostia resident and owner of a particularly problematic car, I feel very relieved that such a gem is nestled right in my neighborhood!

They were the most friendly shop Ive ever been to. They got in fixed the problem and they are woman friendly, which is a big plus. A great neighborhood shop to go to, great service, and friendly people. I would recommend them to anyone who wants honest work and reasonable price. - Miss Kenda

Excellent service and highly recommended! Its very hard to find a trustworthy service when it comes to cars nowadays but these guys did a great job on my car and their staff was very helpful and respectful. Im definitely coming back to them from now.

Efficient, Effective, and Bang for your buck. The big chair auto repair stores managements is superb, its quality of service is unmatched in the area, and for what you pay for there is no other reasonable place to go. Definitely highly recommended!
