I took a wedding dress here to be dry cleaned for my big day. The man told me he would call me the next day with a quote on how much it would be...well a week went by without hearing from him...I called, he said they were really busy and he hadnt even looked at it yet...I had a while till my wedding so I decided to wait it out...another 2-weeks went by, I called AGAIN..gave me a price of $245, and said they still didnt have a finish date for me...well I waited some more! After them having the dress for 2 months and never receiving a call from them, I went in and retrieved my dress and advised I was taking it elsewhere! The man at the counter had the audacity to tell me it wasnt their fault bc there was a note that had been attached to the garment bag saying I would call when I wanted it to be done!! What the?!? Dont even bother with this place! Getting it cleaned for $80 at a new place and it will be done by Tuesday!

Im in the Navy and had to get my dress uniform dry cleaned for an inspection but did not have much time to do it. I asked the lady who works in there how fast it could be done, she said the next day at noon was the earliest. I needed it by 8am or the same day if possible, she looked at me and said "Not a problem, piece of crumb cake." They had it done the same day, I dont think they even charged extra. Did a good job and had very good customer service.

They did a great job with my wedding dress. They washed it by hand, were very careful with the material, showed me how to take care of it and store it, and boxed it up for me. It cost more than I hoped (Im kind of a cheapo), but their service was high quality, so Im happy. They do a great job cleaning suits too! Every employee I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
