Never have any item tailored at Oxford Cleaners. The woman ripped me off on the price, even though she did not do everything I requested, and she almost destroyed my dress. It didnt fit at all. When I pointed out that the top of the dress didnt fit my bust, she said that I could stuff it with tissue paper... She then refused to fix the other problems with my dress. She couldnt figure out how to create a bustle, and in the end it did not hang properly. The hooks and eyes were just sewn into the tulle without any regard for them showing. Thank god another seamstress agreed to take on my dress just a few weeks before the wedding. She said she couldnt believe the work that had been done to my dress, and she ended up changing or re-doing every alteration. DO NOT GO HERE. Learn from my mistakes!! Also, this shop is quite dusty. Your train will need a good cleaning after spending some time around this place. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE!

Poor customer service. I dropped off my wedding dress on Monday & called on Thursday to see if she had started working on it and to ensure that it would be done the following Tuesday & I recieved attitude & her telling me she didnt start it yet and was uncomfortable that I was calling her to see how MY dress was making out & she said wont do the work for me since I called to ask how my dress was coming along! Completely rude.. So I told her I didnt want her to work on my dress & went to pick it up. When I get there she starts lying in front of another customer saying that I called her demanding my dress be done that same day which wasnt the case, I told her we agreed upon it being done next Tuesday which was FINE..but I only called to make sure everything was going smoothly..needless to say I will never bring any buisness to her & advise anyone to rethink taking their things there.

DO NOT GO THERE!! They lost my pants. When I told my name and asked for my pants, she just replied " Its not here". I asked her to show me the record of my order, she said "Wrong store, I have never seen you before". I asked her again to show me my record. She showed me the computer monitor, it said my pants has been picked up and paid by cash. I am not sure what happened to my pants. Did she give it to other customer by mistake? I was so exhausted to explain that it was my pants and I did not pick it up, so I gave up and left. And while I was there I did not hear a single word of apology. Place was covered with dust, I should realized not to leave anything there when I dropped my pants off.
