Will never deal with this company again! Started out badly, and ended up even worse. I was told they would arrive for 9 am and to allow till 11/11:30 for them to complete the cleaning. I also needed to be present during the service, so I took off the morning from work. I called the company at 9 and was told they would be there in a few minutes. About 5 minutes later I received a call from the technicians who told me they were just leaving, and would be at my home about 45 minutes later! Needless to say I was very upset. When the technicians arrived I just wanted them to get my cleaning done in a timely fashion. We did a walk through Empty apartment - Two bedrooms, living room /dining area and 17 step risers. I was never told I was going to be charged extra for pretreatment". I had a coupon for $115. I was told it would cost $3 per step riser additional. When the work was completed it cost me $264! The paperwork was messy and that was with a slight discount to boot! I just signed/paid to get out of there and to work on time. I later called back to complain about the ridiculous amount and was told I should have been informed of the various "package plans" upfront. Never happened! I was then told someone would call me back. Yes, well it ended up being the Lead technician who performed my work. Not who I wanted to speak with understandably. He and I did speak, and it was not a very customer service friendly call. I was frustrated and did not care to speak with him further. Since then I have tried calling back to the company to speak with someone else to no avail. I have left a message and called over three days and just goes to an answering machine. Very frustrated and want some resolution aka some $$$$ back. Do not use this company!!!! Plan to complain to the BBB.

When we moved into our house a year ago, we replaced the carpet in our family room and used a shellac primer on the sub floor to get rid of pet odor in the corner of the room from the cat of the previous owner. Then - one year later, the cat urine smell came back (I believe due to spring moisture and wearing away of the shellac on the sub floor). We had Chem Dry by the millers over to our home to spray to get rid of the problem odor. They were professional, knowledgeable, clean, and friendly! They took care of the smell, but the initial visit was not enough. When I called they came back no questions asked for a second application which seems to have taken care of the problem. Very impressed,we will have them back to clean our other carpets and to clean and seal our tile as well Thank you Millers!

2ND CLEANING UPDATE: Just used them again and yet again i have nothing but praise, they have the nicest guys working for them and flexible scheduling as well. They worked with my wife and I around our work schedule and the results were fantastic. I used them before and am astounded by the consistancy that they have. The carpets dried quickly and the pricing was great. They worked with my budget to get the results i wanted. I will absolutely reccomend them to everyone! Best experience and service of any carpet cleaning. Had them out to my house in lititz and my carpets have never looked better. Even took care of a pet urine situation for my that I thought had ruined my carpet. They did a fabulous job on my area rug also.

Scheduled a carpet cleaning in preparation for having guests visiting. Was given a 3 hour window for when the cleaning crew would arrive and was told they would call 1/2 hour before arriving. 15 minutes AFTER the window expired, they finally called and said they would be not be here for at least another 1/2 hour. They offered to rechedule for a few days later but this was the day before my guests were to arrive which was not acceptable. Wound up cancelling altogether. Had they called earlier in the day (they said they new they were behind in the morning), that would have been better. I wont depend on this company for service again.

We recently had our carpeting cleaned in our master bedroom, hallway ad stairs. A friend recommended Chem Dry by The Millers since they had used them before. I was a bit concerned the rugs may need to be replaced since they are light in color and its been a while since they were cleaned. I was really happy to see how much of the dirt actually came out. They look almost new again. We were told they would dry in about 2 to 3 hours which they did. Our two technicians who worked on the carpets were great. They explained what needed to be done, and didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. I would recommend them and will use them again

3 kids and countless parties for sports and birthdays had led to our carpets demise. Fortunately Chem Dry answered our needs in an affordable way. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. My children were interested in the process as well and were even able to watch as the materials used were "green" and safe. Stains that had been around for over a year disappeared in minutes. On top of that the carpets were dry and able to walk on in a very short time. Chem Dry met and exceeded my expectations and look forward to using them in the future while also recommending to others.

Very surprised at the outstanding results of this service on our 15 year old beige rugs. We have had them steam cleaned over the years but they have never come out even close to this good. They look great. Guys who came out to the house were courteous, professional and even friendly. No hidden cost, no scheduling issues as they arrived on-time and ready. The Phone Number is now hanging on our fridge so we can call them next time around.

Josh and Chris arrived early (they called and asked) and introduced themselves. Very professional and courtesy, explaining everything and offering other add ons. My only disappointment was that almost 6 hrs later and my carpets were still damp. That wouldnt have been an issue if the 1-2 hr dry time wasnt advertised and stressed. The overall job was good and I will call again. Thanks again to Josh and Chris.

With kids running around in the house, I had to use some experts in cleaning our carpet that the chemicals used were safe for our kids. I heard about Chem-Dry which was recommended by a close friend, I was very happy with the outcome. We really appreciate your help and will highly recommend them.

Very professional and courteous. Asked to sit on furniture to fill out paperwork. Explained all offered services and recommendations. Helped my husband move furniture. No chemical smell. Vacuumed the next day and pulled up a lot more dirt and dust! Will definitely use them in the future!

Arrived during time given . Handled all problems including animal problems. They charged xtra for the animal urine but it solved my problems! All charges were explained up front. We have used them several times and have always found them to be better than any other service we have used.
