This is the first time I have used Key Cleaners and it will most definitely be the last. My items were not ready until 2 days after they were promised (was told by a woman "Im doing the best I can" and then they couldnt find a sweater. I was told that they would look for it and call me back. No phone call. I went back in a few days later and I was shown a blue sweater that was now purple and told that they would have to reimburse me but that someone would call me. The man never apologized. A week later......no phone call. When I called back I was told very flippantly that they tried calling me but my # was out of service. My number was not out of service, the woman never bothered to look up the area code in her computer and then she says "sorry, I tried"......They offered $45 worth of dry cleaning in lieu of a claim. I declined. I will be fillling out a claim form for my loss. Buyer beware!

In a market constantly overwhelmed with large corporations and chain stores this out of the way small in house cleaning business takes the win. The market is down and with other businesses cutting discounts such as military, to save money, key cleaners remains thankful to our service men and women. Also, customer service and turn around time for my cleaning was unbelievably fast! They offer same day service when dropped off in the morning. In light of everything they do I highly recommend trying them out for all your dry cleaning needs!

Since I first visited Key Cleaners, it has become my go to/regular dry cleaner for little over a year. They have the best turn around. Once my uniform wasnt to my expectations and they fixed it same day. Great customer service. Highly Recommended.

Paid for heavy starch, received wrinkles. Disappointing. Tried to call and couldnt even leave a voicemail, instead I got a robot asking me to enter my mailbox code.
