I have used Riverside Dry Cleaners for the past three years. My clothes, laundry and dry cleaning, have always been perfect. I have been in the business well over a hundred times during my three years here and I have never encountered anything other than pleased customers. I have never had a reason to complain myself nor heard other customers in the business displeased. The place is always very busy and apparently has a large number of other repeat customers. Prices are good and the family that runs the business is delightful to deal with. I have been using various cleaners over the past forty years since I graduated from college and this is one of the best Ive used. I have not had a single item lost nor damaged in the cleaning process the entire time I have lived here. Simply stated, I am a very satisfied customer. The constant flow of other patrons Ive encountered over the years tells me I am most definitely not their only satisfied customer.

I took my laundry and specified the amount of starch and crease on my shirts ( i am from TX) they returned my laundry like if they had washed it and dried at home. when i complained they told me that it was because the material was not cotton,when i showed them the 100% cotton label the lady just shrugged her shoulder. when i asked them to crease my shirts,,,they pulled their iron and proceed to iron them in front of me; thats when i had enough and left... after i had to pay for the bad job of course ! do not recommend at all

Beware if you own anything that is expensive. Tore a hole in a brand new white dress shirt from Nordstroms. The owner denied that they did it and then pointed to a sign that said I had 2 days to let them know. When I explained that I was out of the country, she just pointed to the sign again and again. Had the nerve to try and charge me to fix it. She got out right nasty. Horrible

I live in Belcamp, and I drive to Abingdon or Bel Air instead of this place. They dont Dry Clean ANYTHING! They wash it in a machine and do a crappy job of pressing it. In addition, they do a horrible job of getting things clean and theyre WAY overpriced for the junk job they do. STAY AWAY.

Not sure what prior reviewers issue is. Ive been using them for over a year and theyre always reliable and wonderful.
