First of all, the lady who runs the place is so rude, without warning or provocation. Second, I picked up my sweaters about a week after they were ready, and they smelled as though they had been in a weird mildewy cellar, absolutely gross. Third, I made a mistake and gave her an embellished sweater I thought was dry cleanable, and I was wrong. However the lady at the dry cleaners managed to catch my mistake, and instead of calling me and asking, or setting the sweater aside, she simply put a piece of paper in the sweater indicating the cleaning instructions and dry cleaned it anyway (and charged for it). Thanks for nothing!! Now my sweater is ruined. Do not bother with this place.

I was devastated when my previous cleaners went out of business, but am happy to report that this cleaners (now called "Cardinal Cleaners") far surpassed my old cleaners in quality, service, and price. The woman behind the counter was extraordinarily nice to me. I went in with a navy blue blazer that needed two buttons sewn back on and they were able to get it back to me right on time. They also tightened some of the other buttons on the blazer that were getting a little loose for free. I get clothes dry cleaned quite often, and you can bet that all of them will be done by Cardinal Cleaners from now on.

Agreed with a previous reviewer. The woman working at the counter appeared to be inconvenienced by me bringing my business there. I got two suit/pant sets dry cleaned and 1 pair of pant legs hemmed, because the hem was falling out. I learned that they do alterations, but wont make measurements in order to carry out the alterations (sounds absurd to me; what tailor service wont make measurements?) The price and turnaround time were reasonable, but the hem fell out again within a week. Wont be going there again.

RUDE SERVICE! The counter lady was obnoxiously rude and unhelpful. Could not get my dry cleaning in on time. Choose somewhere else there are better places around.
