I called my warranty company to report a stopped up drain, they contacted Dynamic Plumbing to contact me to fix it. I explained to Kathy at Dynamic Plumbing they would have to access the drain from our roof, we set up the appointment for Wednesday. The tech comes out today and tells us they do not go on roofs it is a company policy, but he can put a drain in for $250 to fix the problem. My husband says no, we have had it done before from the roof by another company before we had a warranty. I call back the plumbing company and talk to Raymond he says, that is right they do not go on roofs and that he actually called the warranty company about that before they came out and they said to go on the service call anyway. I told Ray, I am not paying their $75 fee because he they were told that they would have to access the stoppage from the roof before he ever came out on the call. I called the warranty company and asked them why they just did not send a plumbing company out that could go on roofs since I had already told them that is what they would need to do. I also told Old Republic Warranty I would not pay them the $75 either and I would explain all this the the judge if they want to meet me in court. In the time that it took me to stop payment on my check, find another plumber without my warranty company and write this review another company came out, got on the roof, charged me $125 and fixed my problem.

Home warranty assigned Dynamic to look at leaking gas hot water heater. Warranty company says okay to replace but have to wait until water heater can be shipped by warranty company 3-5 days. I have never had a warranty company state you must use their product in order to cover replacement. However plumber left hot water heater in property until home warranty ships a new one. This water heater is still leaking and should have been capped off and removed to prevent further damage to the property. It has been leaking for days. Mitigation company had blowers in the property to dry it out but with water heater continuing to leak it will not dry out. Tenants are now in a hotel. I have left multiple messages for Dynamic with no response. Unacceptable.

My home Warranty Company Sent them out to replace and or Repair our hot water heater. Upon arrival I asked the guy if he had any help, since the heater is in the attic it would be a real pain to do single handed. He said sure, we have helpers. After looking at it tells me, "Sorry we dont do round water heaters" With that I laughed and said what the heck else is there. After Calling the Home Warranty company they said that they called and said that they couldnt do it because they dont have enough help to get it into the attic. A bunch of liars and thieves, trying to get me to a pay a $100 service call fee to tell me to go screw myself.

Needed a plumber to come out in the middle of the night for a leak we were having and while looking we found Dynamic Plumbing & Gas Co. they were able to come out right away with all their tools and equipment to stop the leak. They were very professional and were able to stop the leak very impressed with them
