This is the first review I have ever written and it is my pleasure to recommend Oxford Plumbing and Heating as they are a first rate company. My wife and I needed our heating and A/C units replaced and Sandi and Shawn were a pleasure to deal with. Shawn measured our home and gave us a number of options. He clearly explained the differences between the systems and the financing/rebates that were available. Ryan, Steve, and John showed up on time on the day of the install and were complete professionals throughout the day. Replacing our old system was not easy as the previous owners of our home "walled off" the area where the guys needed to work. I honestly dont know how they did it but they replaced everything without the slightest scratch and we had cold air in our house that afternoon. I was referred to this company by my father and I will be referring all my friends and family to them as well. Thank you again for taking care of us.

This is the second time we had to use OPH for water line issues. The first time was several years ago where a huge leak in the water supply caused our front yard to be soaked and probably hundreds of gallons of water to be lost daily. The water company said it was our problem so we called OPH and the crew came out, dug until they found the problem and fixed it. More recently our kitchen sink was leaking water under the cabinet due to faulty install after a kitchen remodel where we used the remodellers plumber. OPH came out and installed a faucet and water filter for us and solved that problem quickly. The plumbers that come out are always professional and friendly. We wont be using anyone else!

They came out to fix my water pressure , after doin diagnosis they decided it was water filter which I mentioned I had replaced 2 months earlier, they replaced filter with another filter I had available at house ...charged me $200 for 30 minutes work 2 weeks later still bad pressure throughout house..called them and told them, they were quick to remind me there wud be another service charge which I found insulting...there quick to come around to your house but not to quick to call u back to fix problem. ..aless your willing to pay them twice that is.

These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable and curtious. Having an older home, weve recently had a lot of plumbing issues. Theyve replaced most of our plumbing replaced and really dont feel comfortable using anyone else at this point. They have the best prices around and quality work. They know what they are doing and have the best customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointing. Called them out to fix a problem, a band-aid was put in instead of a actual solution. Less then 1 month later had the exact same problem re-occured, they wanted to charge agian for the second visit to fix a problem that was not repaired correctly the first time. No Thanks- I will use a more repliable comapny in the future.

Very expensive! $533 to put two new pipes on my faucets and plumb in faucet. Didnt even caulk around the edge of the new vanity! Came same day which was appreciated but being they used two bits of plastic pipe $533 is daylight robbery! Technician was here all of an hour!

The plumber that came out did a good job, BUT I was charged a "flat rate", i.e., ripoff, price of $260 to correct a leaky faucet in my laundry room. I complained to no avail. Unless you have money to burn, look elsewhere.
