Was the worst company to deal with! I was without hot water for 12 out of 14 days. They can to fix it, couldnt that day had to get parts cam back next day fixed it and that fix lasted 2 days. Called for service and was told cant come out on a 24hrbdix cause they have to order another part and they will be out tomorrow. The next day I wait til 11a and call to find out when someone might show up " we next day ordered the part and it should arrive at your house tomorrow, when you get the part call us and we will schedule someone to come out" the next day I wait til 2:30 and no part yet. I call to get tracking info or info in general. " oh the part was for some unknown reason shipped her to us about an hour ago, but now we can not come out cause we are waiting on a confirmation to come out tomdo the repair" so I asked why was I not called and told this atleast 1hr ago? " we told you yesterday didnt we" then I make phone calls for them so the warranty company can approve 24hr home service and I call back at 5:07. Sorry no one is here they close at 5p. We I need 24hr service done so please send me through to that department. The message was sent to "Jason at 5:12p. And I wait til 9p and call back to ask why I havent received a call back, they send another message to him and he calls back around 9:06. I ask when I can expect someone to handle my issue and he says we scheduled it for tomorrow. I said its been approved to be done now as 24hr emergency home repair and he said let me call you back I have to check w my dispatcher. Calls back tells Me someone will Be here wishing an hour and I remind him that they have the part needed to fix my hot water, he then says let me find where the part is and call you back., 2-3 min later calls back and says "I cant get ahold of the tech that took the part home aomyounwill justbhave to wait til tomorrow there is nothing I can do for you until 8:30 tomorrow when we scheduled your work". I asked for the owners contact info or for him to call me tomorrow asap, Jason claims he is the owner and then tells me "Thats what you get for buying a hot water heater from Home Depot" I said how can you bad mouth another company to a customer and then not even come and fix my unit cause u made 1 Call to the guy who has my part. Hows that good customer service let alone 24 hr service? Tells me if I dont like it tomcall another company and have Asurion pay them to do it! BTW there is no Authorized Rheem company in Syracuse that works with Asurion to make these repairs but I made calls to Asurion to get this company out tommy house to fix My unit which in turn if went well they could become part of Asurions network and gain tons of business from being the only company in the network within 100 miles but nope they wanted To act as if they are to good to work Past 5p. Guy comes this AM and is here for 22 min says its repaired and leaves but makes this statement " well the first time I fixed it the flame was on edge so it wasnt good but it wasnt bad so I figured it would work but now the flame is good so you should be all set" .... I would not recommend them to do any work on anything in any of my homes or businesses and Id love for the owners someone with real status in company to call me... you have my # (Dan Resnick-President of Company) worst company in Syracuse!!!! 9/20/17

Sewer backed up into the basement and I needed help fast, "water" was everywhere...called DBRs 24 hour phone number and spoke with a very nice young lady who passed my info along to dispatch. I had a call back within 10 minutes (from Dan, also very nice) and he had a crew out to the house within 15 minutes! Josh and John were fantastic, they saved the day in no time at all! These guys were punctual, professional, extremely pleasant to work with and explained everything as they went so I didnt have any surprises as they got the job done. And as bad as I thought the bill was going to be...it was really quite affordable for what they had to do. I would definitely recommend DBR Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done, especially in an emergency situation like mine. I wont hesitate to call them again if any other issues arise. 2 big thumbs up from this very satisfied customer!

I have had the pleasure of working with DBR Plumbing arid Heating for many years. In 2010, DBR was the plumbing and heating sub-contractor at Flint Hall for tha Bathroom Renovations Project 3 $3.5 million dollar project. The project involved the construction of 99 individual bathrooms. In 2011, DBR was the plumbing and heating sub-contractor at Skyhalls Bathroom Renovations Project a $3 million dollar project. The project involved the construction of 72 individual bathrooms in Skyhalls. like most of our projects, these projects Were in a tight summer schedule. DBR has always understood the commitment and man hours necessary to complete these large projects On time. Also they have communicated well with the owner and other contractors to address potential issues before they become problematic. I would consider DBR Plumbing and Heating an asset to any construction project.

I had an issue at my rental property where the downstairs toilet and sink would back up at random times, before slowly going back down. Myself and the handyman I work with tried to fix the problem on three different occasions, each time thinking we had fixed the problem, but later finding out we had not. I decided to call DBR Plumbing and was not disappointed. Dan, the owner, came out initially, diagnosed the likely problem, and gave me prices for a few different options. The serviceman, Alex, was able to be at the house just over an hour later, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In just a few hours we had the problem solved, and I was given some good information about the houses sewage system along the way. Affordable, and highly recommended.

Called DBR because my hot water was running out in my new house. Was told I needed a new hot water heater for 1000$, later found out that at home depot same heater is 495, nice profit. Installed heater and problem persisted. Owner called and said I need a second heater installed to fix problem, ask why he didnt just do that in the first place he told me , " I did you a favor removing that heater it would have eventually went in a couple years" , didnt take any responsibility for making the wrong call, just wanted me to pay another 1000$. Thought I could trust these guys, figured wrong just another scammer who could give two s@&$@ about the customer only making a quick buck. Never use them again at my home or my practice. Ive been in property management and construction for almost 30 years and I rarely have to call for services I can do myself. Well last Thursday night I found myself in a bad spot and needed a plumber fast. The main waste line in our crawl space started leaking badly and I was going to be out of town the next day. I called DBR because Ive seen their trucks around town for years and I knew they were a reputable company. Dan told me he would would put his best guys on it. I was able to check in on them around noon and they were almost finished. My wife said they were very professional and polite. They did a great job!! I would recommend DBR to anyone in need of a plumber. Thank you Dan
