The OWNER of the company just walked out of my house, refusing to look at my water heater, because my bf (a plumbing intern) asked him why the heater would not heat. HE COULDNT ANSWER THE QUESTION. Then stormed out, yelling at my bf to "shut up" the whole time he walked to his van. EXTREMELY unprofessional. EXTREMELY unhelpful. It was the second time today the company had to come out, because the first guy couldnt even find the date that the heater was manufactured (its on the sticker on the front of it). After spending my whole day trying to deal with this, I still dont have a functional water heater.

I called for multiple issues with plumbing on a rental. The company had four in total trips to the home. They drilled a hole through a wall and never fixed and I had failed an inspection because the inspector indicated they placed combustible materials around a gas vented system. After many attempts to reach them there was no response. They want the money but do not want to put in the work correctly. I will use a company with more experience to get it done right the first time.

Unreliable/unprofessional owners and employees. They installed my water heater wrong!! The city failed it! Then didnt reschedule after they canceled their appointment to come back and fix it! The city issued fines had been giving them notices for over a month!! Do your self a favor and hire a real company with professionals. The city will have to come and inspect and they wouldnt recommend these guys! One of the reviewers on here is the secretary!! "Rebecca"

I had Coast Plumbing over this morning to fix my garbage disposal. The man was friendly, explained the problem, and even left me the tool to fix it myself the next time! Very reasonably priced; I highly recommend this company. It is nice to find a company with integrity; I will be using Coast Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on.

They scheduled me twice, never show up or call to let me know they were not coming. if you don’t want to waste your time dont call them. Irresponsible company. They wasted three weeks of my time knowing that I dont have a gas line to install my stove to cook. They just don’t care

Very pleased. Was told they would be out the next day to install our new hot water tank and they was here first thing. Was very polite, friendly and cleaned up everything. He did an awesome job. I would recommend them to my family and friends for all my plumbing needs.
