I have to give one stop plumbing 5 stars! Used home warranty and initially got referral to another competitor that took weeks to make initial contact. Ask to be transferred and one stop picked up the job. Tiffany is a service rep and her customer service was the best I have received in years. Carlos and his crew came out to assess old heater determined the issue, and recommended a replacement. There was a two day turnaround on receiving new heater and I was back up in running. I would recommend this company to any of my friend and family. Their staff understands the service industry and gets it right. Hard working Americans!

Carlos and Duke were great! Efficient, timely and technically sound. They not only repaired the leak but diagnosed another issue with the hvac unit. Please extend kudos to your team! Also, Esther called to setup the appt was wonderful as well! We initiated our New Home warranty and the 1st company couldnt get to us until next Monday!? Esther kept me informed with several calls and within 3 hours after filing another claim your team was on-site! Came To my house same day. I think we resolved the issue (really quickly too). Need to wait for the water in the tank to flush out to confirm if the problem has been fixed. Will update to 5 stars once I know for sure that my issues have fully been resolved. Update: less than 12 hours later and no particles or black flecks in my water. Awesome service experience!!! 5 stars

Wouldnt use a company with such a bad, unsafe driver. Rode about 3 feet behing me going 80 on the highway for aboit 30 miles until he decided to speed around and cut me off with no blinker. I had my kids in the car. I watched as he did this to several other drivers. If he doesnt care about people on the road how is he going to care about his service.

One Stop Plumbing came out to my house to unclog the main drainage pipe in my house yesterday and they did a terrific job. They were curtious, professional, and clean. Most of all the two gentleman were patient and worked well together. I highly recommend this plumbing company. They are way better than Price Right Plumber!!
