Tony had done some work for me several years ago. He had a winning personality, skilled in his craft and gets the job done to the satisfaction of the customer. I needed a plumber asap, due to a running toilet bill of over $1,000.00, in appeal now. Called tony, but it went to voicemail, so being in an anxious state I called another plumbing company (One Stop) and they came right out. The plumber was nice and said all was fixed after about an hour cost me $122 dollars, which I didnt mind paying as long as the toilet was fixed. The next day it was not running and I was happy, but on the 2nd day, it was running again. I was really upset. Their ad says they get it done the first time. I called them, went to answering machine, left message. Emailed them with the same message about the running toilet still running. I had a bad feeling then, about this company, went back and read some more reviews and found some other people with the same problem as mine, and they, too, had to call One Stop back to come and fix the still running toilet. It took two or three days to get anybody from One Stop to come out and when they did, they were charged another $116.00 to fix their still running toilet. I decided, no way was I going to pay any more money to this company. I finally got a hold of Tony, and he made it out today, which was Wednesday 9-17-14. He showed me why the toilet was running, advised me what needed to be changed and why. He went out of his way to explain things to me. He changed out the items that should have been changed out with the other plumber, and replaced with new up-to-date products. He fully tested all functions of the toilet to make sure everything was working properly. Within 30 minutes, he was done. All is quiet with my toilet now, and Im sure, this time, it is fixed. Thanks Tony. Wish there were more plumbers like you around.

My husband and I recently purchased an older home in the area and realized that we had a leak in our guest bathroom. After several attempts of searching ourselves, we decided to leave it to a professional. Were military, so we werent sure which company to go with in the area and heard about Tony from a neighbor who had used him in the past. He gave nothing but positive praise about the work he did in his home, so we decided to give him a call. After speaking with Tony for the first time, I had an appointment set up within the week and told him Id heard about him through my neighbor. He knew who I was talking about without question and responded positively about the man. I felt great about the whole conversation! Morning of, Tony shows up ON TIME and takes a look at the issue and gets to work RIGHT AWAY! He finds the problem almost immediately and both my husband and I were surprised at how fast the issue was diagnosed considering the amount of time wed put into looking. I was given a price and although I thought it was a little more expensive for us at the time, I had the saying "you get what you pay for" in the back of my mind! He even showed the material to me and I researched while he was there and it wasnt the low end products that most people put in. I felt like the fix was going to last and gave him the go ahead! Not too long after that there was no more leak. Clean up was also great; I couldnt have been more happy with the outcome! If in the future I need any more work done in my home we will be giving Tony a call!

Tony is a total professional. As a Master Plumber he knows his trade better than most of his peers. I had Tony out to install a new water heater. When I called, I told him what I wanted for a heater and he was able to give me all the stats along with the pros and cons of my decision. He was in my drive way at the exact time he said he would be there. Tony was finished in a very timely manner. Unlike many others who I have watched install water heaters, he realizes you do not have to wait for the tank to be completely emptied before cutting supply and feed lines. By the time the tank was emptied he was ready to remove and set the new water heater in place. Tony performed his job as efficiently as possible to ensure saving time and money to his customer. This is an extremely rare quality found today in any profession. After setting the water heater in place he checked to make sure that the drain valve and relief valve were unobstructed, because they were in a different location from the old heater. I highly recommend Tony and Son plumbing due to their knowledge, professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail.

Two words, "Call Tony!". Great work, Great Price, Fantastic Service. Its good to do business with honest people. I had an issue behind a wall where a line broke and went to google. As you know, you never know what youll get when you search. Tony answered his phone personally, I explained my issue, and he set up a time to be at my home and was here to the minute he said he would be. When he first examined the job, he gave me a figure that was acceptable. Within 20 minutes, he finished the work and the FINAL PRICE WAS 40 PERCENT LOWER THAN HIS ORIGINAL QUOTE because, in his words, "the job went faster than I anticipated, so Im not going to charge you what I originally quoted...I cant do that in good conscience." ....WHEN DO YOU GET TO HEAR SOMEONE SAY THAT?!?!?! Thank you Tony. God Bless you and yours. Here forward, you get the job. Period. Thanks for running an honest business and may continued success follow you. I was working on replacing a leaking washer supply valve that required me to shut off water to the house. In the process of closing the main water valve (the original flapper valve from when the house was built) to the house, I broke it. At this point, I was past my comfort level for DIY plumbing and gave Tony a call. He told me hed call me back in an hour. In well under an hour, Tony gave me a call back and was at my house ten minutes later. He walked in, sized up the problem, and had my water valve fixed (with a new ball valve) in under an hour. On top of that, he took an extra twenty minutes to finish the repair on the washer supply lines, too! Tony was friendly, easy to communicate with and, most importantly, a consummate professional. His workmanship was beautiful and he was very clear about his intent to return to fix ANY problems with his work. I dont expect Ill have any. Tony will be the only guy I call for any of my future Virginia Beach plumbing needs. Thanks!
