Well got the new water heater installed but not before the installing company put us over a barrel and screwed us. Guy shows to do work. Removes the old water heater. Finds out he grabbed the wrong kind and had to go get a new one. 3hrs later he shows up with the water heater and another guy. Price now has gone up 300.00. So here we are without a water heater. Call American home shield ask if an adjustment had been put in. They say no. We decide we will let them work and pay what the home warranty company has on file. Work is complete I try to pay the original amount they say hold up. Call the home warranty place in front of me and adjust the claim. They then say pay or we will cut the water heater out. Shady ass mofos. If the city building inspector doesnt show Im disputing the charges. Plus they couldnt find the main water valve so they shut the water off at the street. Live and you learn. Glad I paid with a credit card. If the city inspector doesnt show up next week the charge is being disputed. Dont use this company. Will be cause the better business Bureau, city to see if they even pulled a permit and state licensing board.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. We unfortunately were given this company through our home warranty company, and its been lies, attempting to rip off, deceit, and false reports. This is all done in an attempt to get you to believe the issue isnt covered ( or they report falsely to warranty company ) that its not covered, this way they can charge you higher prices to perform the work that should be covered. After the falsely reported bellies in the line, they immidelty jumped at every chance to get us to sign up for every other plumbing thing you can think of. They lied and said they cleaned our line, (their own employee stated the lines were kinked from a previous job ). Weve come to find out that they incentives there employees with financial rewards to report the work so its not covered, and then bid on it. We didnt think we had to, but now know to check other reporting agencies such at the BBB, where you will see this company had an F rating. Call your insurance company and change the plumber coming to your house immediately if you get Drain Masters.

Had to use them through my warrenty company. Received a dishonest assessment of needed materials and replacing of things not needing to be replaced. Went through my own plumber, didnt call back and never will consider again. I recommend anyone else, not someone whos going to add on "pressure tanks" and then say its mandatory.( do some research) Also tried to downsize my heater for the sake of they "didnt carry my size." Unfortunally for drainmasters I deal with Their supplier - Ferguson with my company... they had my replacement in stock same size... shame on them.

After a misunderstanding with arrival window, Drainmasters got someone out to rectify my plumbing Issue in a timely manner. Taron was very professional, quick and knowledgeable. He was able to take out my old faucet and put in the new one expeditiously. This was the second time that Taron has been to our house and would rate his service as awesome!

Please choose another company! This person hung up on me while pricing out service. Not to mention the other reviews on here. They need to change their attitude or the will go out of business. Choose another company for your service there are plenty others in the area that focus on customer service and not worried about making quick money.

Used through home warranty. Replaced a leaky water heater and in the process caused an even worse leak in a line they replaced that went unnoticed causing more damage. Also the supply lines they installed run next to and touch the water heater electric box. Also was a pain to get them to return to fix it. Would never use again

I would give less stars if that were an option. They are some of the rudest people Ive ever had contact with. They kept mixing up their stories and continued to give me misinformation about arrival time. Pick another plumber. ANY plumber.

When asking if they would work past 5 til the job was done knowing I have no water in my house the so called master plumber got all pissed off and said find another plumber. This company is a joke.
