complete total rip off ... I took my car in to get inspected, little do they know I just got brand-new headlights and a headlight alignment not even two weeks prior to taking it in for inspection and they tell me I need a headlight alignment to pass inspection.... With my inspection sticker still having a month to go before it expired they rip it off slap a rejection sticker on before even calling me and letting me know...and what makes it worse is that I sat in the parking lot while on the phone with them and as soon as we hung up not even 1 min later I see a guy run out take my perfectly fine inspection sticker off with a month to go before it expired and slap a rejection sticker on ...When I tell them Im taking my car elsewhere to get inspected they proceed to tell me not everybody has the same system they have for checking your headlights so we might get a different reading ....Im thinking it will be a reading that shows the headlights are perfectly fine ...... Its a sad world we live in

This was my second time coming to this location. My first time definitely said this was a place I could trust. This time was no different. I brought in my car for inspection, alignment and oil change. I figured my tires wouldnt pass and they didnt. I also needed some additional work done. The manager was great. He worked with me on the price that we were both happy with. When youre paying hundreds of dollars for service, you really need to feel that you can trust them. Well I can say that I feel confident that they have been honest with me, not to mention they did an excellent job on my car. It handles great! So overall, I would highly recommend this location for your vehicle service.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in to replace the bulb for my left turn signal, and they barely looked at it, and then tell me that the entire socket is broken and the bulb wont stay unless I have them replace the harness that holds in the bulb. A $16 job increases to $150. I took it to my mechanic I trust to see if he could get the harness for cheaper, and he tells me it isnt even broken! Firestone better watch out before they end up in some legal hot water. They will not only overcharge you, but try to get you to replace things that arent even broken. If anything, London Bridge Motor Co would be better than Firestone. I cant stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE

I needed tires today due to my schedule. Firestone was not my 1st choice. Priority Toyota couldnt get me in for a couple of weeks so I looked up Tread Quarters. Both stores near me had reviews so bad regarding customer service I refused to go to them. This led me to Firestone. I was so pleased with everyone I interacted with. Each person was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Even the customers were friendly. I would definitely recommend this store. I only have 1 complaint. The technician didnt clean the rims of the goo used to mount the tires.

DO NOT GET STATE INSPECTION HERE!!! After two days of waiting for the inspector to get to my car they failed my cars suspension, put on a rejection sticker and pulled out the $1000 repair quote for it, basically over some rust and ware. I took my car elsewhere and got a quote for $750 for same repairs, but when I brought it the guy said it should have passed no problem, he also mentioned getting a state trooper involved with this stores decision on failing my car. If I had more time or another means of transportation I would have.

If you plan on bringing your vehicle here for state inspection renewal...beware. The last couple of times Ive brought my vehicles here to renew state inspection they tried charging me astronomically high prices for repairs to pass state inspection. So instead of having them do the repairs I decided to retrieve my vehicle and brought it to Ace and they charged me hundreds of dollars less to do the repairs my vehicle needed to pass state inspection. Needless to say I will not be returning to this particular Firestone anytime soon.

Dropped off my car on Wednesday and was told the car would be ready on Friday after the parts were shipped to them. Friday passed and Saturday went. Was told the car would be ready on Saturday, then Saturday became Monday and Monday became Tuesday. Well today is Tuesday and I wonder what lies they will tell me today. I will never again bring my car back to this place after all the lies and BS I was put through, assuming if I ever get my car back. One week to fix a car, give me a break.

You cant beat these people for customer service. They had already fixed one major problem for me quickly and satisfactorily, but when I brought the car back the next day with some more concerns, they not only fixed them, but the mechanic working on my car (Scott) worked straight through and finished everything in one day. I am extremely pleased with the level of service and the quality and timeliness of the work done here. I definitely recommend this Firestone location!

The air pressure was low in my tires and I couldnt seem to get air in them with the air pump. I thought there was a problem with the tires. I went to meineke and ask if they could check it out. They told me, I had to go to the dealer. When I went to this Firestone they not only check out my tires, explain what the problem was and fixed it, they didnt charge me. Firestone has great service.
