I recently attended a wedding reception here which was overall nice. There were a couple of things however that I didnt quite like. First the parking situation is a little awkward. Dependent on how you pull up to the front of the building, you may not see the additional parking behind (and to the side) the building. Fortunately, there was a greeter (not staff, but an attendant of the wedding) which helped direct traffic. The set up inside was overall nice. The staff were okay. They were not rude by any means but they also werent friendly or inviting. I would have expected at least smiles and general serving etiquette. For example, they didnt explain what drink options were available at the bar (non-alcoholic) so many people were just drinking water. Glasses/plates were taken without confirmation that people were finished and when asked about the available food options being served, I received a blank stare.

Everyone was extremely nice during the planning and while we were making payments, but once the final check was cut everything went downhill from there. I had my own Mistress of Ceremonies, but they insisted that I use the one that worked for them. She rushed us in and out of the chapel, in and out of the banquet room, and she misplaced my expensive handmade wedding programs. Not only did they refuse to compensate me for my programs, but they kept my deposit because I used the Chapel for 10 minutes to take pictures after my ceremony. It might be a nice place for a party. I would not recommend the for a wedding. It seemed reasonably priced for an all in one package, but its because the events are back to back. Definitely would not recommend it.

On May 13, 2016, my daughter had a Sweet 16th birthday party at Grand Affairs. It was so, so, so fabulous. It alone was a Grand Affair at Grand Affairs. The place was so nicely set up for her theme colors. The hostess and the catering was out standing. I could not have asked for anything more from the staff that helped me as well as provide the services that I needed. All I can say is I got what I paid for and that was a Grand Affair for my daughters Sweet 16th Birthday Party. People are still talking about it. Thank you Jackie and Grand Affairs staff.

We recently had Grand Affairs as our caterer and it was without a doubt one of the most brilliant highlights of our event. I cant express how simply fabulous Grand Affairs was!! Firstly, their staff is incredibly thoughtful, professional, friendly, and courteous with a fantastic personalized eye for detail. They know how to make you and your guests feel absolutely amazing. Our guests simply raved about the scrumptious food and we joy every single bit. We cant recommend Grand Affairs catering enough - they were simply wonderful.

The first and last time I visited this place was for a family type function. To describe this place as anything but seedy would be complimentary. Dark, nasty, unclean. Im not easily made to feel creeped out, but I felt the need to be steamed cleaned after exiting this place of "business". It may have changed from several years ago, but Im not willing to take the chance on a staph infection to find out.

Arrived and waited a few minutes for a scheduled appointment. Overheard a phone call on speaker in which staff complained to one another via phone call on speaker for guests wandering the premises when I needed to use the restroom. It was then explained to me that the staff were stressed due to communications malfunctioning. Unprofessional. Rude. Mediocre facility at best.

Wish we had another star! We held our command Khaki Ball here last week and it was spot on. From planning, upgrades the set up, food and service everything was great. They were so great our command plans to work with them again for our holiday party! Thanks to Brian Harvey, Bonnie and Darryl. Looking forward to working with you all again.

Phenomenal experience! My fellow biology pre-med friends and I celebrated our college graduation this past weekend, and were greeted with the finest hospitality imaginable. Whether it was the food, the service, or the venue itself, all aspects of our night exceeded expectations!

Cute hall with different areas for weddings and celebrations. Food was decent and the bar well stocked. We came for my buddys wedding and we had a blast.
