I enjoy the sandwiches and salads. They are mostly made from scratch and the salads are packed full, nicely done. However, I dont know if its the staffing or their process but even when you place an order ahead of time and allow for a ten minute buffer on top of that you still manage to wait for your food. I try to pick this food up on my lunch hour but its difficult when its 15-20 minutes to pick up a couple of items. It is the Achilles heel of this place.

Got the chicken tenders, the chicken was dry to the point that it was barely edible and the BBQ sauce may actually be the worst I have ever tasted. The sweet potato fries may as well have been a raw sweet potato cut julienne. The curly fries were not crisp and were soggy. The portobello and mozzarella sandwich was also soggy and was difficult to hold. I will not be going back. This place sucks.

I absolutely love this place. The sandwiches are amazing (I recommend the thanksgiving leftover or the Italian stallion), served on delicious bread with the great homemade cookie and pickle. Prices are a bit higher than a traditional sub place, but the quality definitely compensates. Lots of healthy choices (salads, wraps) that are yummy too. And dont forget the ice cream!

A-La-Mode is a traditional ice cream and sandwich shop, serving untraditional combinations of ingredients in their sandwiches. Though pricey, the food is pretty good and will not disappoint. Each sandwich also comes with a homemade chocolate chip cookie—how can you go wrong with that? Definitely check it out once. I recommend Leah’s chicken salad sandwich.

Put in a group order at work today. I know the snow is pretty bad from yesterday so I can be understanding to our three sandwiches arriving 1 hour 30 minutes after we order. However my order was for a bagel and it was put on a croissant. Also i requested baked laus and got Utz potato chips. Too many mistakes for a $6 breakfast sandwich sandwich.

Really good sandwiches! Quality ingredients. Careful getting fried food to go as it will most likely get soggy (true for anywhere really but made that mistake with fried pickles). Due to rotating staff consistency with sandwich construction quality has varied in my experience. I really like the "doctor" sandwich.

Such a great local business. Theyre not the most well known in the area which is surprising considering how diverse their sandwich and ice cream variety is. Every time I go they deliver great service, food is always fresh and the ice cream treats are made right there which is great!

If you need catering for an office event, this is the place! Delightful platters, the BEST potato and macaroni salads and a desert tray everyone will love. Their delivery is always on time and they have the nicest staff in Syracuse!

This place has terrible service and I would not recommend anyone to eat there because of the apathetic employees. It ruins the entire meal. There are better sandwich places in Syracuse
