Definitely not the same as a regular Chick-fil-A. Which is sad because going to a Chick-fil-A off of campus is amazing ! Good services everyone is happy, etc... Unfortunately here is a different story. The employees seemed pissed, lazy, and like I am making more work for them to do their job. Definitely seemed rushed and honestly it never tastes as good as going a normal one. On top of that gift cards are not accepted.. AND the Chick-fil-A app doesnt even work there... I dont understand it at all. It is a shame and a embarrassment. The only reason they are busy is because of the brand and the fact that most students dont have many other options on campus..

Horrible service. Ruining Chic Fil As good name. Today I showed up at 9:00 am during which time they are suppose to have breakfast. They had no chicken minis and and when I asked about them I was rudely told that they had to cook more nuggets ans rhey hadnt even started. They acted like it was a burden that I had asked for chicken minis. The worst part is when I walked up 2 of 3 employees were on there phones socializing. This experience has conpletely changed my view on Chic Fil A as an establishment. I used to think it was the best fast food. Now i cant even get food because you hired lazy dirt bags and dont have a real manager on duty.

The workers were very nice and the food was quick. However, I felt belittled that when I asked for a free water cup, I was handed what looked like the plastic cap to a small Ice Dream or a cap to the tiny bowl you receive for a side of pickles. If you just need your Chick-fil-A though, this is quickest place around ODU.

The chicken is about the same as with any other chik-fil-a but this one cant keep up with the traffic, usually runs out of several things during peak hours. Nothing is quite up to normal chik-fil-a standards at this location.

This place is terrible. Every time I go theres an issue. Old, crusty chicken, soda that needs to be changed, long lines & only one cashier, problems with the pin pad. I dont think anything and go right there.

Used to be good like most Chick-fil-As, but lately the food has just been tasting bad. The chicken sandwich isnt even one whole piece of meat. Its just two small pieces joined with a lot of breading.

Usually a wait, but the line moves somewhat quick. Its a Chick-fil-A Express, not a regular restaurant. Youll need to find somewhere in Old Dominion University to sit and dine.
