This is the worst tropical smoothie Ive ever been to. I tried to get a simple smoothie and the manager ran over and snatched the cashier away from us and demanded that he needed to shut it down and stop taking orders because she had "tickets down to the floor" when In reality like 5 people were in the entire facility. This wasnt behavior that should be coming from a manager or any employees for that matter. I am extremely disappointed in this tropical smoothie.

The convention center brought us here, along with a few thousand others. tropical smoothie was not prepared and it took over an hour and a half to get a smoothie. If the lines had been long it would have been a warning sign, but no long lines just long waits. this was just bad bad service.

horrible.. they only had 3 people in there.. 1 working smoothies & 2 cooking. Nobody working the register. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to take my damn order. Still waited 20 minutes for my smoothie.. poor experience.

This Tropical Smoothie is pretty slow when it comes to making anything, but the smoothies are worth the wait. I wouldnt say the same about the food, but thats not only at this particular location.

Took 25 minutes to get two smoothies and three sandwiches. Theres got to be a better system than the one theyve got. This isnt the only time its taken forever at this location.
