Normally come here for breakfast or lunch usually pretty good. Tonight my boyfriend and I decided to have dinner here and never have we ever had such horrible service. I ordered a grilled chicken club with no tomatoes and fruit for my side and a large sweet tea. And my boyfriend ordered and 4 piece chicken tender combo. My chicken sandwich had tomatoes on it and they forgot to give me my fruit and gave me lemonade instead of tea. Lucky my boy friend checked the bag and noticed I didnt have my fruit and noticed my drink wasnt sweet tea before leaving so we got that fixed but when he got home and we began to eat I noticed tomatoes on my sandwich I just took them off but the icing on the cake was when they gave my boyfriend a 3pc chicken tender instead of 4. Breakfast and lunch crew keep up the good work as for the dinner crew they all need to be retrained or fired. Ive been in the restaurant bussiness for over 5 years now and I understand mistakes happen but this is just too much. We will not be back to this location especially for dinner.

Drive thru server talked over of me instead of listening while taking my order...after several moments of repeating it I changed my order to make it easy. She still goofed it up. I went inside and called over who I thought was a manager. I found out he was the owner. I told him of dilemma and he listened carefully and wrote order down. He replaced order and made sure it was correct. It makes it easy to spend money in a place when they take time to make it right instead of arguing with the customer--who is ALWAYS right! Thank you Mr. Rod Peterson for fixing the fail. You will have my repeat business because you were very professional and you did the right thing by your customer--Also, you did this without putting down or shaming your employee in front of the customer.

We love chik fil a. It is usually our go to place for a quick meal. One day I was out shopping and decided to swing my for some lunch. The drive through was very busy, so I went inside. I had my Service Dog with me. 2 customers told an employee to make me leave. The employee asked if he was a service dog and then left me be. But the 2 customers went off on me in front of everyone, even the staff and no one said a thing! They told me I needed to get him out of there and he needed documentation (he had on his bright red, marked vest) and all of the employees sat around and just watched. If customers are allowed to treat disabled vets that way, I will no longer support ANY chik fil a.

Very fast even when it is busy, and the employees up front are always very polite and professional. However, the orders are rarely correct. I often order the Asian chicken salad - once I received a container of lettuce (no chicken, no cabbage), another time I received the chicken and cabbage and Asian dressing, but raisins walnuts and granola for toppings. All of my co-workers also frequently do not get what they order. Theres another Chick-fil-A on College Drive and another Chick-fil-A on Portsmouth Blvd. They are a little bit slower service but its worth the drive to get your order right.

Usually like chik fil a but the one in Portsmouth sucks. Came out just before closing in my pjs to get a peppermint shake that they advertise .. I get through the long line of cars at drive thru and they are out of it. Wouldnt be that big of a deal but they leave no way out of the line. Have to follow cars all the way past window to get out and go elsewhere. Frustrating ! Poor design. If there is no way out of the line then they should have in stock what they have on menu!

Depending on the day you visit, the staff will be either extremely rude or at least slightly nice, you can tell nobody wants to be here. You better check your food before you leave if you get it to go, or especially if you visit the drive thru, theyre notorious for messing orders up/not providing the condiments requested. Food is decent, hence the 3 stars, or else theyd get 1 or 2.

My breakfast sandwich just fell apart the biscuit was so soft couldnt pick it up to eat. Now my breakfast is missed up. Couldnt come back because I was on my way to a doctors appointment. Also couldnt come in because gaving trouble walking and standing that why I used the drive-thur. This the second time I have had problems with this company. Very unpleased with Chick-fil-A.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered several items the person that I was placing the orders with was rude. Once we got our food and got home the kids meals were wrong one of the meals was wrong and there was mold on the kids fruit cups. I have never gone to this location and gotten a correct order.

" food is essential therefore make it good" (Truett Cathy). It is always a pleasure eating at Chick-fil-a. On a positive note they made a change which i liked. The chicken egg and cheese bagels now come wrapped up instead of a box, i feel it keeps them hot longer for when i get some "to-go".

This is the 2nd time they have not given me a part of my order. They forgot a side item I ordered and the cashier stared at me when I was waiting for the rest of my order and said "thats it, all in that bag". Got home and noticed it was missing. Dont go here if you order more than 1 meal.

They have the smallest playplace I have seen in a fast food restaurant. Fast food is exactly what it is since it drips more grease than a McDonalds. Customer service was good. They robbed me of my bacon strips. Clean. Not worth the price for chicken, Ill stick with cow meat instead.

Ive never had any problems with any chick fila before but out of the few times Ive been here they have left out part of my meal twice, and my chicken nuggets where over cooked or old. Id rather go out of my way to go to a different chick fila than to ever go back here.

Excellent customer service. However the turn time per customer has slowed down. Yet still a worthy visit for magnificent customer service unparalleled but no other fast food chain except Arbys off of Taylor Rd. They are stepping their game up!! Good luck chick-fil-a.

Constantly messing up my orders, one time i ordered a regular chickfila and got a sandwich with cheese.. Another time i went, i ordered two orders of fries and only recieved one.. I didnt notice until i got home and remained unsatisfied..

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. I wanted a crispy club instead of grilled so the girl offered me a deluxe and she could add bacon which was exactly what I wanted. She was also VERY pleasant.

Not sure why you have to walk across the drive thru line to get into the building and why there isnt a line. Total chaos. Food is delicious! Employees are polite, but not as lively as other locations.
