I love Firehouse Subs, but this was the worst takeout spot Ive ever been to in my entire life. The girl running the register was screwing around in the back and not watching the line form (there were about 10 of us, not together). She acted shocked to see people lined up at 5:30pm, as if this is an abnormal time to grab a quick dinner. The guy making the sandwiches seemed as clueless as they come. He was bobbing his head and subtly dancing as he made sandwiches, which wouldnt be a problem if he was doing it with some sort of purpose. It took 25 minutes to make 3 subs. Its clear the manager was on break or in the bathroom. On a good note, they do have the coke machine that has what seems to be a million possibilities for your drink.

You need to be careful when placing your order here. Theres a girl with thick black framed glasses that consistently gets my order wrong. She seems to space out while doing her job and manages to miss something. Sometimes Ill get a medium when I ordered a large or Ill get onions when I specifically asked her for no onions. The food overall is great just double check your order once you placed it, something is bound to be wrong with it

Mess up orders. Eating location they got wrong. Fountain sodas are all water and they are expensive
