For our barn/rustic themed wedding, we decided we wanted to serve BBQ. We had tried several local BBQ joints, and Hess was our favorite. From the first time we met with Lloyd to review the menu, we knew that we had made the right choice. He and the event coordinator Mary were very welcoming, flexible, and easy to work with. From that point on, communication with Hesss BBQ was simple. They were open to any of our requests and willing to make many changes to our menu up until just days before the wedding. Not only was the service excellent, but the food was top notch. Our guests raved about the food the entire night. All in all, we couldnt be happier with our decision to use Hess BBQ as our wedding caterer. Thank you Lloyd, Mary, & Staff. - Dylan & Claire

During the late spring, summer and early fall months the Cabin is open on Friday & Saturdays. Its a great opportunity to get authentic BBQ a a reasonable price.
